“perfect location”
the location is great. Less than five min walking from Union square. The hotel is good if you are going to stay just one to two nights and need just a place to sleep.
“NO, NO, NO”
only the location is amazing. The rest is dirty, it is a MOTEL, not an hotel. Even worst that a MOTEL... :( NEVER AGAIN
“Dont go here unless you are broke!”
This motel is horrible. Loud noises all night, freezing rooms w no heating, run-down, its obvious the owner of this motel are just milking every penny out of it with no re-investment. Only stay here if you are broke and own ear plugs.
“Fair service with fair price”
Fair room condition, but I expect a better front desk service.
“Returning soon”
Great location. For the price it's a great bargain. Have no complaints. I've already book another stay.
“Coud do a lot better”
This place needs an Ice Machine.
“Perfect for my needs.”
perfect for what I wanted. close and cheap. SF is a loud city, and city noise is to be expected, but nothing too drastic.
“Location is great but Hotel is very old and dated”
Cigarette burns on end tales. Doors to TV hutch do not stay open. No ac . Rooms are loud and megaphones being used at 7 am.
“Good for the money in the area”
My first stay in San Francisco and I can say the Union Square location was incredibly convenient and made it easy to get around the city, but you definitely are getting what you pay for I'm terms of the hotel. Not terribly kept up, you'll notice more than a few nicks and scratches in the interior, windows in the room were completely filthy, and the restroom tub actually had marks from a former slip preventing mat (it was pretty gross). But if you just need a place to crash in after exploring the city, the place isn't too terrible for the price. I do however recommend bringing some sandals for showering...
“Nasty awful”
Room was nasty, bathroom awful. No air conditioner and the window didn't open. No fire alarm in the room. Was really nasty
