“San Fran. visit”
Hotel was tough to get to due to the traffic. But once you are there it is a gorgeous hotel. We had the deluxe rooms and they did not disappoint. Very clean room and very professional staff. I definitely recommend this hotel.
“fantastic”
great service, beautiful hotel
“Best hotel I've stayed in.”
This service, comfort and location of this hotel was the best. St. Regis will be my number one choice when I am back in SF.
“Opulent modern in SF”
A lovely suite, beautiful hotel and attractive neighborhood right next door to SF MOMA and across the street from a lovely, tranquil urban park. Modern art everywhere in the hotel. Room decor is also modern and could have been a bit warmer but all in all a lovely room with a great bath and a city scape view of about 150 degrees by virtue of corner location. Ame Restaurant is wonderful with its seafood and Asian flavored menu and great service. Expensive but worth it. About 5 blocks from Union Square. Spoil yourself.
“very good experience”
We had a nice exprience at the St. Regis SF. This was our second time at the hotel. Modern hotel with good service. Took advantage of the beautiful spa and the work-out room. We loved the bar on the 1st floor. Sean the bartender was amazing! Good location for shopping and for the MOMA and conventions. It was only about a mile to the ferry building.
“Not what I expected from the Regis!”
The hotel atmosphere was super cold including the staff and decoration. My room had the worst view. Close to the spa and I can hear the doors and the ring of the elevator. Not the best location you have to walk for a while to get to union square or embarcadero. I asked for an upgrade for my anniversary but although the hotel was empty they wanted to charge me extra! The valet takes long! Not what I expected from the Regis.
“Favorite San Francisco hotel so far”
Excellent service. Excellent rooms. Food a little pricey even by San Francisco standards. Would recommend to a friend.
“Awsome”
Unbelievable service, very clean, extremely comfortable hotel. Everything you would need, great neighborhood, close to China town and Little Italy (awsome food) The hotel helped to make our San Francisco experience great.
“Heaven in San Francisco”
The St. Regis was incredible, everything I expected it to be. The people were very helpful and delightful in every way. It is very pricey in general, but if you're looking for the best in every way, it is the perfect place to spend a special time or event. We were very pleased with our stay there.
“The "Perfect" Hotel”
My husband and I decided to go to San Francisco to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and wanted a really special place to stay. This is our first trip to this fabulous city and we were unsure where to stay. The St Regis Hotel made our trip perfect. The location is great and the hotel is beautiful, but what made this hotel outstanding is the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The concierge staff was unbeatable. On several occasions, they went above and beyond our expectations to make our trip memorable. We have never been treated so well at any other hotel. The staff actuallly greeted us by name! . In addition, the bathrooms are fabulous. The bathtub is deep and spacious and the shower is large enough for two. The makeup mirror is also an nice touch. The St. Regis is a five star (make that a ten star) hotel that I recommend hightly. We can't wait to go back!
