“Excellent place to stay in San Francisco”

I have stayed at several hotels near Union Square, and this is by far the best. The price was reasonable, the location was with walking distance of Union Square and the Moscone Center, and the hotel was top quality. Also, their are several good restaurants and a Kinko's right next to the hotel, so it is a convenient place to hang your hat while conducting business in the city.

“Fine Wine Stay at Beer Prices”

Lovely hotel with a very comfortable room. Staff was friendly and helpful. All the ammenities including free internet service. Great for buisness or pleasure. If it had not been for a woman "hogging" the printer (clearly not the fault of the hotel) the stay would have been perfect.

“This is my new favorite place to stay in San Francisco!”

I was in San Francisco to enjoy the Chinese New Year festivities. This was a great place to stay - close enough to shopping and Chinatown. It was very easy to get there too - the directions I got were easy to follow. The room was immaculate and very upscale. It felt very extravagent and have a lovely view of the bridge. I will definately stay here again!

“would definitely stay here again”

The hotel is close to lots of places to eat (fortunately, as the cost of the breakfast in the hotel was a bit steep). We chose to snack at the in hotel Starbucks for breakfast instead, perfectly adequate. Hotel is in good area, close to main shopping street and public transport. Facilities good, had the pool and fitness room to ourselves!

“great value at affordable price”

the only thing i hate staying in SF is the compulsory valet parking. very expensive, advise to take account of it when choosing hotels in down town SF.

“Week end in San Francisco”

Clean, nicely priced and all the amenities. Has an adjacent Starbucks for those coffee lovers. Has a nice bar with quiet areas by the fireplace and a breakfast restaurant. Everything you need in one place.

“Great Hotel”

Close to AT&T Park and public transit. Very friendly staff and comfortable beds. The only complaint is that it took too long to get my car back from the valet after I checked out.

“I WILL be going back!”

This hotel is located in a superb location - right in the heart of the shopping and financial district. Only 3 blocks from Market St, where you can shop till you drop! The hotel's amenities are great with free internet access, free tea and coffee making facilities, Starbucks in the hotel, sizable gym and swimming pool with whirlpool. And that is just the start of it! The staff are very friendly and always willing to help you. Depending on the room you get, you can see the WHOLE of San Francisco including the Bay Bridge. Top hotel and well worth the stay.
