Cons: Old fashioned rooms, very small.
Hotel is in a great location staff was very friendly. Rooms are small and old but there is construction going on. I didn't stay and moved to a different hotel but staff were good about it. Will be nice once it's finished.

I use this hotel once a month and overall, from staff to rooms to small details everyone is excellent. So close to everything. When you travel as a single woman, you feel very safe and everything is at your finger tips. Blessings

Our room on the third floor overlooked the alley. All night, the restaurant next door emptied glass bottles into the dumpster. With no air conditioning to mute the sounds, the street noises where unbelievably loud. We heard ever moan, laugh, curse, scream, siren, rant, preach....all night. The twin mattress's in our room would not stay on the wooden boxes they were resting on. The bathroom, while small, was updated and very clean.

Cons: ヒーター
とにかく部屋が寒い!!ヒーターの温度調整は一切できない!!寝れないくらい寒い!!冬場の宿泊は絶対無理!!

決して新しいホテルではないですが、価格+立地を考えると良いホテルでした。スタッフの対応はフレンドリーで、困ったことがあってもすぐに対応していただき、快適に過ごせました。来年に部屋の改修工事をすると聞きました。

El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación en la zona de Union Square. Los servicios y limpieza de la habitación son excelentes. Este hotel es la opción si en tu plan contemplas el hotel solo para llegar a descansar en la noche.

Single small elevator.

Single elevator is to small for guests, staff and construction workers to use at the same time. The stairs are steep and narrow for regular use. The rooms are very small. The staff was great, they have no control over the other issues.

Disappointed ! Rooms need to be to updated!

Pros: Convenience to Union Square.
Cons: Overall--- better organized staff and cleaner updated rooms.
Location: Vacation to SF planned.
Close to Union Square but staff was overwhelmed and a bit disorganized . Valet service needs to be revamped as there was a 45 minute wait in the lobby for us while trying to check-out--- but no one available to find our paid for parked car! Our bathroom which faced the open parking garage across the street had a full length window with a sheer see through curtain ( ! ). We realize it was a weekend before the holidays but this could have been such a better experience ----with staff that was not overextended and updated amenities.
