“Very good choice”

This is a good choice if you are planning to drive to nearby cities like Carmel or Napa Valley. Is located 5 min from the airport and 15 min from SF. and you don't have to to pay the high parking prices of SF.

“Nice way to arrive in San Fran”

Flew in late to SF, grabbed the hotel shuttle and, even with a mix up on reservations, got a great night's sleep. The hotel folks were very helpful, room and breakfast were great, and I took the shuttle back to the airport to the BART station and headed downtown. It was a lovely way to start the trip.

“Our Stay”

Thank you Expedia for the great price! We weren't ready for a the little surpises; 1. $4.50 bottles of water in the room. 2. $12.00 continental breakfast (skimpy). 3. $15.00 parking fees (self parked). 4. $2.25 12 oz cup of coffee. 5. $3.25 bagel with cream cheese (you spread cc cup). If you don't care about the above, but a simply looking for a wonderfully appointed hotel, The Hyatt Regency SFO is an excellent choice. Thanks again.

“Great hotel”

Great hotel with a beautiful interior atrium and restuarant space, easy travel to downtown San Francisco on Bart. Great pool and hot tub facilities.

“Comfortable hotel near SFO”

Everything was ready as expected at check-in and thereafter. Buffet breakfast in the hotel was always great (had all other meals outside the hotel). There were few other people in the hotel on my first day; that changed on the second day when a single group of 450 people checked-in but there were no logistical problems as the result (although there were more cars in the parking structure, but still not a problem). Quiet all the time. Iron, board, and refrigerator worked fine. Newspaper wasn't consistently delivered. Bathroom can use better ventilation (mirror always fogged and had to be wiped). A few more drawers or shelves would help provide space to hold things and store things. Microwave would be a nice addition.

“Would definitely go back...”

Great hotel. Staff were friendly and even did their best to accommidate an early check-in request. The atrium and view from the room were very nice. Only drawback, had to pay for overnight parking, then again it's the norm at most places in the area.

“Service and Staff Excellent”

The Staff was outstanding. The building design and layout was impressive and fun to stay there. Renovations were ongoing so the dining choice was less than ideal nevertheless better than most.
