“I would never go back. Very unimpressed.,”

Bathroom Electrical Outlets did not work and they did not fix them while I was there for 3 days. They did not provide wash clothes when requested. Water pressure in shower was terrible. Just a small dripping amount. Deluxe Breakfast was terrible. It consisted of small apples, boiled eggs, bread , cereal , coffee, and rolls. They were out of the above 2 of the 3 times that I tried to go to their deluxe breakfast. They heavily advertised this terrible Deluxe Breakfast which was very bad.

“Great Value for Quick Trip”

Tee staff was nice, Room was cleand daily and early. Great location for football games and wharf and downtown sightseeing.

“THEY DID NOT HONOR FIRST LEVEL REQUEST FOR AND ELDERLY LADY”

RESERVATION MADE A WEEK IN ADVANCE AND ENDED UP IN THE LAST ROOM (120) WE HAD ASKED FOR A ROOM NEXT TO THE OFFICE AS NO WHEELCHARIR WAS AVAILABLE SO WALKING WAS AN ISSUE AND ROOM 120 WAS REALLY THE LAST ROOM OF 20 UNITS. POOR SERVICE FROM FRONT DESK.

THE OTHER HOWARD JOHNSON IS BETTER LOCATED AND CLOSER TO THE AIRPORT YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE IT BEFORE YOU GET TO THIS ONE.

“Worst hotel Sfo”

We booked via expedia and at the time noted 3 adults would be in room. On arrival expedia had allocated a room with 1 king bed. Asked front desk for twin and rollaway and they could not help. Very annoyed that expedia allocated a room with 1 bed. Staff were unhelpful room was worn and dirty. Revolting experience

“Just too old”

Since the hotels surrounding SFO are quite expensive I chose to go cheap for my one night between flights. The staff at the front desk was fine. The rest of the experience was pretty awful. The hotel is just too old and in need of a complete rehab. The plumbing looked like it had been built in the 1950's, which it may have been. The soap was that tiny piece of something that will not suds under any conditions. I usually stay at the La Quinta that is nearby and will do so next time even though it costs a little more.
