“Fishermans Wharf”
Hotel is in a great location for Fishermans Wharf and ideal for tourists
“Brilliant location”
Very satisfied with The Hilton, staff very pleasant nothing was too much trouble, reception staff and concierge staff well informed and especially helpful. Great breakfast menu, short walk from seafront, and trolley and tram stops ( would recommend the muni pass for getting around the city) would stay at this hotel again

Staff at this hotel were very helpful, breakfast is great and also good value, location is very good, we would highly recommend this hotel for good value for money, good service good accomodation.We would always book this hotel when in San Francisco
“Best Hotel In San Francisco”
Initially i was sceptical about the hotel as i had read some of the previous reviews, but i must say i was greatly impressed. I agree with some of the other reviewers about the thin walls, you can hear some movement from people above and next to you, but i didn't let that bother us as we only used the room to crash out in before the next days adventure. Each day the cleaners came round prompt and tidyed up so it was spotless for us. In the morning's for breakfast pop round to Pat's Cafe it's definately worth it and the service is spot on. Ask the hotel for directions if your unsure they will help you out. I would definately recommend this hotel to anybody else staying in San Francisco.
“value for money”
we booked early to get a good deal would recomend this hotel as it was in great location 2 blocks from the wharf. close to ghiradelli sq close to all the transport links (cable car f line) the only gripe i had with this hotel was the noise from the other guests walls where quite thin would recomend staying on the top floor so there s nobody above you
“GREAT LOCATION”
Ideally situated in Fishermans Wharf.The room was a great size, very clean and well maintained.Reception staff were friendly and helpful.Depending where you are you could experience some traffic noise but after a couple of days we got used to it and I believe it would be the same for other hotels.
“Very good location with helpful staff”
The hotel was just two blocks away from the ocean and very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Restaurant was a bit expensive with nowhere else in the hotel to eat, however there are loads of great cafes, bars and restaurants nearby and the hotel staff were happy to recommend them. Very helpful lady sat by reception to advise on trips etcetera, overall would visit again.
“Loved it!!”
Stayed for 4 nights and can't rate it highly enough. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and hotel was in great condition and spotless. Great place for getting aroundto all the sights.
“Nice hotel in a good location”
This hotel is in a good location and offers a high level of service. I was pleased with the concierge service and the complimentary business facilities allowing us to send e-mails to family back home. The staff were friendly and the room service was delicious. The hotel did feel a little worn in places, although, this was due (in my oppinion) to be the result of a substantial amount of guests passing through the hotel as opposed to neglect and under-investment on the part of the operator. We never ate in the restaurant as it appeared to be a little too expensive. Again in all fairness San Francisco is a seriously expensive city and I dont believe the prices were that different to other venues located in the vicinity. A good choice and I would stay here again.
“Enjoyed San Francisco but would not go back”
The room we had in the Hilton Hotel was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Hotel was very good, only major complaint was the fact that you had to use your hotel card to operate the hotel lifts and we always seemed to have serious problems getting the card to work in the lifts. We were not the only ones as on many occasions other people in the lift could not get their cards to work it either. The card also had problems working on the hotel room door as well. Otherwise the hotel was very clean and tidy, staff were helpful and organised the pickup from the hotel to the airport for us. Hotel was handy for Fishermans Wharf and The Cannery, Ghiradelli Square etc. San Francisco was very busy but this may have had something to do with it being Spring Break. Enjoyed our time but would not go back.
