“Very nice”

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and guided us the best way to get into town. Even pointing out some attractions on a map for us to check out. Room was very tidy and clean. Internet was a bit slow but no big deal. Swimming pool and gym were both very good. Would happily stay again

“the right hotel for our travel needs while in San Francisco”

After 4 1/2 hectic flight from chicago, we were greeted by two smiling and hospitable desk clerks (Tess) and another oriental male. Our room was ready and took 2 minutes to get us going to our room. Overall stay was within our expectations. Very good.

“Average, run of the mill hotel”

Hotel was average, the furniture in the lobby was sagging and stained. The front desk staff weren't very friendly. They weren't rude, but weren't warm or welcoming, especially the women. The windows in the room hadn't been cleaned and were smudged,. The glasses were also dirty. The bed had a sunken hole that made my back ache for days. Overall it was just a blah stay at a semi clean hotel with unfriendly staff.

“Convenient and Comfortable”

This is a convenient hotel for those needing quick access to the airport. It's clean, well run and comfortable, with all the services we wanted for a short stay. Free shuttle bus was appreciated.

Area recommendations

Downtown San Francisco near Fisherman's wharf as there's lots going on, reasonable restaurants and it gives a good view of the bay. Use cable car and BART to get around

“Never been disappointed by Hilton”

We had an early flight out, so we stayed close to the airport. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. We used the business center to print our boarding passes. And the shuttle took us and picked us up at the train station, and took us to the airport the next morning. Very satisfied!

“unbiased rating”

This hotel was really good. We got it for a very good price on expedia. The best part of this hotel is their breakfast. I was impressed for all the food that was served there. You eat till you are full. The waiters and waitresses were very kind and super nice. The location of the place is excellent, away from the noisy city and yet very closed to the San Francisco Downtown (about 10 to 15 min drive). The only little thing that bothered me a little bit is the AC was too noisy and the bed a little bit uncomfortable. But for the price, I really did not mind especially with all the food that was served in the morning. It was a good staying. Hope people find it attractive to spend a short vacation like we did.

“Experience”

Overrall it was a good experience with the exception of my injury. My only compliant is that I had an injury onsite and Management did not write up an incident report. It bothered me that the Manager knew about my injury and waited for me to let her know what happened. If Expedia passes this comment along to the Chain Owners of the Hilton I stayed at I would like to discuss further.

“San Francisco or bust”

Very good value for the money. After all, you're going to be tired from all the wonderful things to do in SF and you'll be beat at the end of the day. You'll find a friendly face when you get back and a comfy bed. We started our days with a great breakfast (which was included in our deal). I had freshly made omelettes, pancakes, french toast et al during our week's stay. Highly recommended!

Area recommendations

See the entire city if you have 3+ days; it's a wonderful city with a unique diversity and style. Not for folks who don't like the challenge of driving up and down the steep streets, Get out to the north area beyond the Golden Gate Bridge to Sonoma wine country, Muir Woods and Sausolito.
