“Really a beautiful hotel”

Hotel staff are very friendly and courteous. Beautiful entry, the view of the atrium from the walkway when leaving your room is gorgeous. The glass elevator is a plus. The complimentary breakfast is really good and they keep is constantly stocked and someone comes and cleans tables very quickly so ther is no waiting for a table. If you want to order your own breakfast, there is a chef waiting to take your order. It was a great experience. The only negative I have is that the rooms sleep 4-6 people and there were only two of us. My nephew was very impressed with the room and wants to go again.

“great stay”

Our stay was great. The staff was very nice and willing to help out with anything we needed. We love Embassy Suites and would always recommend their hotels. Very satisfied customers

Getting around
It was a little difficult getting around. We weren't prepared for how long it was taking us waiting for shuttles, the BART, cable cars etc.

“Bring a blanket!”

This Hotel does not turn on the heat until it reaches 48 degrees. I froze in my 56 degree room. The front desk suggested I use more blankets. I suggest you stay somewhere else.

Best location and best quality for going to a Niner Game. Don't know what you will do when they move. Thanks!

Area recommendations
South San Francisco. It has a great Italian Restaurant and of course North Beach in the City.

“Breakfast was deeelish!!”

Our stay there was great. We enjoyed the delicious and filling breakfast. Wish that cocktail hour had appetizers other than gold fish crackers and pretzels, but the free cocktails were good. We were a little disappointed we couldn't purchase the Pacquiao v. Marquez fight in our room, but it wasn't a big deal 'cause we went elsewhere to watch it.

“Great Value!”

We really appreciated out stay at this hotel with our 5 year old and out toddler. It was comfortable and the free happy hour was fun for us!
