the reason we chose this hotel is that it's very close to the rental car return place. We have a very early flight to catch. overall the hotel is OK.

“Good quality for the price”

We had a room on the inside of the compound and were not bothered by the trains or the freeway. The room was recently updated. Getting downtown to San Francicso was time consuming because you have to take the shutlle back to the airport and take the train in, then cab or cable car from there.

“San Fran vacation”

hotel is closer to SFO airport and therefore cheaper than staying directly in SFO. Hotel is in an industrial area so lots of truck noise and my room was directly across the street from freight train and BART train so somewhat noisy night. We traveled into SFO for sighseeing during the days we were here and only utilized room and hotel for a place to sleep.

“Won't ever return here”

This property does not live up to expectations of the Comfort Suites name. This is an old motel that has been re-branded to Comfort. The rooms are very small, even cramped. The outside elevators smell and are stained with white paint on the floors and walls. The entire property is open to non-guests who can walk through the place unchecked. Our room was supposedly remodeled recently but the peeling wallpaper and an outside door that needed to be repainted (and didn't close unless slammed shut) suggested otherwise. They charge for parking even though it's a motel. This is in an industrial area with commuter and freight trains regularly passing beside the property. The only savings grace is the morning breakfast which was tasty but packed because the property is used by travel/tour bus groups every day. Some of the people in the food area didn't look like guests due to their clothing, appearance and smell. The heated "pool" is the size of a large hot-tub and only has room for 6 people at a time. Excellent freeway access to US 101 within two minutes. All things considered, we will not stay here again and we will recommend our friends avoid this place.

Hotel was in process of revamping so it should be very nice when finished.

“Great Trip!”

If you want a clean room and a night's sleep before you fly or travel into the city this is a good stop. A bit noisy if you are by the side the caltrain is on, but you can sleep through it if you are used to traffic noise. Great breakfast and nice people. Parking there was tight and no real food places arounf to speak of. It worked for a cheaper place to stay that was 2 miles from the airport.

“I would stay here again”

staff at the front desk where very professional, the beddings looks expensive, towels where soft, breakfast was good, room was really clean.

“Giants Game”

Good place to stay when going to ATT Park for Giants Game. Took 15 minutes on a Thursday Evening to get to parking lot at BallPark
