“Not Amazing, but not terrible, I would return!”

The hotel was more of a "motel" atmosphere; however the room was clean and nice. There was no fridge, and the ice machine was out of order, but it was very enjoyable.

“Nothing Special, Budget Friendly”

If you're on a tight budget, this may be your best bet for the area, but remember you get what you pay for. Everything was clean, the hotel staff was friendly, and it was nice to be able to catch the shuttle to the airport. We had a room with 1 queen bed for two of us, and the room was pretty small, but okay for just 1 night. The bed, however, was really hard and uncomfortable, thin blankets, and just one not-so-great pillow for each of us, so we didn't sleep well. Though there are pictures of a buffet on Expedia, the breakfast they served did not compare to these photos. They had some fruits and breads, as well as toaster waffles and toaster pancakes. There is an Ihop down the street, within walking distance, that would make for a better breakfast. They do have an outdoor pool that might be nice in the summer, and their large courtyard looked well kept. If I had the option to go back, however, I'd probably spend a few extra bucks to go somewhere else.

“Great place before you fly”

I stayed at CitiGarden the night before I was to fly out of town. The room was nice, but dated. I was concerned when I could see light between my room's AC unit and the wall (potentially letting in bugs) and my white socks became dirty just walking around the room. Other than that I loved the hotel. The service was FANTASTIC, I loved the convenience of having a good restaurant on grounds (Chinese buffet), and I was allowed to leave my car parked for a cheaper fee than the long term parking at the airport. Overall, I would stay there again before flying out of town.

Great location if you're on a brief stay for an overnight international hotel, but the cost to benefit isn't too great.

“Nothing great, Nothing horrible”

Nothin really that good but nothing too horrible to overlook for a cheap hotel. No bugs crawling around but door was drafty and you could see outside under the door the gap was so big. Don't try to go even 5 minutes early they are VERY strict about they're check in time. Frozen panckackes and waffles you can heat up for breakfeast.

“Good bang for your buck”

We were cautious when arriving into the hotel due to the reviews. We thought the receptionist was great, the breakfast well stocked, and the rooms plenty clean. For what we paid, we got great service. For those of you going into the city on the cheap, there is a bus service that takes you a couple blocks from Union Square, very convenient/inexpensive compared to the BART

“Pretty, close to the airport”

I was positively impressed with the hotel considering the low price. Close to the airport, with shuttle service, has a nice courtyard, and the area has several restaurants within walking distance. The room was big, bathroom clean and modern enough, they brought an iron and ironing board when I asked. Breakfast was included, but didn't get to have it because my plane was very early.

“Only if your on a budget”

This room served it's purpose but the only really complaint I have is that the Bed was so uncomfortable... The mattresses need updating... We only stayed to sleep because we were out on the town all day...

What to pack

Bring extra Blankets and winter clothing.... this time of the year it is cold...
