I have stayed here before. Both times the room was nice and clean and beds comfortable. Had a fridge. I don’t know if I feel totally comfortable about the surrounding area but on the property it seemed fine. Both times the staff were not friendly or helpful. They always seem put out. The price is okay and it’s near the airport which is why I chose it both times.

Staff was kind. Hotel was very dated. The carpet was disgusting but everything else was clean. They put us in the back and it was quiet except you’re right next to the train tracks. I heard the trains honking and going by all night. Thankfully I just turned on white noise and did my best to sleep. Prob will not stay here again.

One of my worst hotel experiences ever. The restaurant isn’t actually open. Our room keys locked us out of our room after we put all our stuff in it. The neighbors were yelling and fighting late at night and even after multiple complaints were made the staff didn’t handle the disturbance but instead moved us to a different room at 1am. At least they did something I guess. Not nearly as nice as was made to look by photos. Don’t reccomend.

good location, better than average (Best Western) breakfast. The rooms are old, not updated. We did not like the smell (nothing awful or annoying, just slight not pleasant odor when entering a room). Still -- a pretty good option on this area and less expensive than Best Western Coyote Point.

I really love it here. Very home away from home. Great staff and mgt. Really love the fountain wishing well under the palm trees. Love they only do a $50 deposit unlike many others. Public transit wonderful there. I do not own a car yet I'm attached to the world there. Very ez options for SFO travel or employment. Good spot💝

Room had a bad smell and they wanted $15 for the parking in front of every room have a parking spot and had tons of extra parking make sure before booking if they change for parking get some other hotel they lots around the area gives you parking

Train comes by often and blows loud whistle/horn. I like getting up early so no problem, but others may not appreciate it lol. Breakfast eggs with cheese and bell peppers were AWESOME!!! OJ was orange water lol. The $15 per night parking was a surprise I did not see on Expedia. I would totally stay again, but I'd bring my own OJ. Oh and no microwaves in room and fridge has no freezer section. Overall, super happy with stay. Service and workers there were EXCELLENT!!!!

I love this place. Stayed here 8 or 10 years ago and found it to still be a superior managed hotel. Very lovely grounds, breakfast, pool, and best of all, The Staff! I was originally booked at a cheaper hotel on the other side of SFO and they did not honor my paid reservation due to an out of state paper ID. What are u supposed to do? So I tried Best Western and spoke with desk staff and manager and they graciously made accommodations for me. Love this place!

Breakfast was good, except for the coffee that was served...did not taste good. The shower curtain was ripped and the bar was bent so when taking a shower water would get onto the floor. Remote for the TV did not work and there was no way to hook a smart device to watch Netflix. Otherwise bed was good and the place was quiet. Transportation was easy to use with bus and BART near by. Thank you!

Might have a little bit of historic cigarette smoke lingering in the room. Or maybe just musty. Staff were expert, included breakfast was the last of its kind! Hot food, huge variety, comfortable spacious dining tables and chairs. Staff in the dining area were VERY professional. Shower is dated which can be charming but not charming at the same time. It works and was a welcome thing on a rainy arrival. Thank you, I will definitely return to this friendly, well priced vintage hotel.

The shower was not very warm. I think in our 5 night stay I got one hot shower. The rest were like warm at best. I'm not sure why I didn't see that parking on site cost extra.

If you’re going here to sleep, don’t even try there is a train that goes through every half hour blowing its whistle. The rooms are not very soundproof at all. You can hear everything parking lot was very loud.

Quaint older motel. Room definitely had a “been there a while” odor. The room was clean and the water was hot. Great location. Only real gripe is the $15 a day parking charge. Did not expect that from prior stays and didn’t see any notice when I booked.

There were ants in our bathroom. Lots of traffic down the walkways during late hours. Checkout was set for 12:00 pm- housekeeping came knocking at 10:45. They did however allow us to leave later than checkout (1 pm), so that was accommodating.
