Hotel close to airport, but needs some TLC

Pros: Location and free wifi. Free airport Shuttle.
Cons: Décor, staff attitude to guests. Breakfast could be more organised and fresher selection.
Location: Right on the bay (path allows you to walk along), close to the airport, but not much nearby other than hotels, nowhere that was open late.
Stayed at the hotel for one night when returning home from holiday. Is close to airport and has free shuttle every 40 minutes to/from. The hotel is located right on the bay, facilities are okay, but during our late arrival to the hotel we found staff to be somewhat disinterested in our needs (there was no room service, but the hotel had a small shop that sold some food products). Breakfast was continental and was okay, nothing special. Signs throughout the hotel indicated video surveillance was in progress - this didn't feel very welcoming and raised concern about why this was required - is this a hotspot for crime? Bed was comfortable and hotel did offer free WiFi - room was clean, décor was tired and old fashioned throughout the hotel (threadbare rugs and seating at reception). This is an airport hotel, so expectations were low, but we'd think twice about returning.

Top Notch!

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Very complete breakfast.
Cons: Covered parking, and additional spaces at the entry to unload luggage.
From beginning to end, everything was top-notch... clean, clean, clean. Very pleasing experience.

San Fran Trip

Pros: Location, staff, clean, neat and breakfest.
Cons: Water pressure in shower was terrible, but dealt with it. It wasn't worth the hassel to change rooms.
Location: Several good resturants nearby within walking distance as well as FireFly rental.
Only had two issues. We kept having to have the keycards reprogrammed. We were told magnets could cause them to be deactivated. Took necessary precautions and still had the same issue. Water pressure for the shower in room 235 was extremely low. Otherwise, the staff was kind and helpful, rooms were clean and neat and the breakfest was good. Good location and loved the fact that FireFly car rentals was within walking distance to pick-up and return a rental plus there were several great resturants within walking distance.

Pros: Location
Very nice hotel. Had a decent view of the bay. Outside hotel is a path that wraps around a portion of the bay. Easy in and out of hotel was traveling on business and enjoyed my stay. Pretty decent breakfast offering. Some items needed to be microwaved. Do it your self waffles are always good. Plenty of healthy breakfast choices.

Aviation Experience

Pros: Very courteous and accomodating
As an aviation hobbyist it was a great experience to go outside the hotel and walk along the bay to take aviation photos of planes taking off, landing and taxiing. This was my third stay here and it is a beautiful setting. During my stay I took 1000 frames of airplanes and sea birds.

Great hotel. Right next to restaurants and a beautiful walkway down the shoreline.

Pros: The hotel offers a very good complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of foods.
Cons: More tv channels for children I.e., Disney and Nickelodeon would be good for,families traveling with little kids
