We will be undergoing a complete renovation later this year and the furniture will be replaced at that time, so each room will get a brand-new couch. Because of our painting project, we've had to close the rooms up for several days and that's probably why the room was a little stuffy. That project will be done soon.

Efrain, I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. We ask our guests to place their wastebaskets or trash bags as well as dirty towels in the hallway so that we can pick them up. Because we're an extended stay property, we don't offer daily housekeeping service. Regarding the breakfast, while our breakfast buffet during the week is better, we've also gotten alot of good comments regarding the grab and go weekend breakfast as well. We hope to be able to return to the regular breakfast buffet soon on the weekend.

Victor, I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your experience with us last week. Parking fees are very common with San Diego hotels because parking is in such high demand. Our fees are among the lowest. We definitely want to be more responsive in picking up trash and linens and that's certainly something that should be taken care of in a prompt manner. We will be addressing that with the staff to find a resolution.
