Hi Susan! Thank you for the wonderful review.Regarding the kitchen supplies, I think you might have been caught in the middle of our restructuring on this ... allow me to explain. We just bought all brand new cookware, dishes and other eating supplies and have full kits available at the front desk. Since there was never any information about the availability of these items, we also had easel signs made up and put them in all our kitchenette suites this week. If by chance, you had a do not disturb sign on your door the day we distributed the signs, then your room wouldn't have gotten one. The other possibility (sadly) is that we just missed your room. In either case, I'm truly sorry you weren't made aware of the availability of this great amenity.

Dear Gene,We sweep and mop the breakfast room floors after closing and service the lobby twice a day. I regret that with all the rain we've had lately alot of dirt and debris gets tracked in. We've added extra floor mats on both sides of the entranceways which will hopefully take care of the problem.

I need to look into exactly what was wrong. I've checked the first room you were in and the A/C is working fine, including the power button, so I have to assume that the unit has been replaced or repaired since you were here.We are also preparing to hire a nighttime maintenance person so that small issues like these can be addressed not matter when they occur.
