Room is very clean and super spacious with nice ocean view. Front desk staff are very pleasant and friendly. Tracey in the front desk is truly exceptional. She is so kind and goes above and beyond to make sure customers can have the best experience possible at the hotel.

Donnell is the most kind, thoughtful, helpful employee I’ve ever met in the hotel business. This hotel is so clean and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and newly decorated. The location is absolutely perfect right on the beach. I loved it!

If you are looking at staying ON THE BEACH, this is a hotel that will not disappoint. Unfortunately there were No Swimming signs as soon as we hit the beach (no issue of the hotel itself). Walking the 1500' pier was a must. Quiet hotel in a safer neighborhood. Unless you valet, your only option was to park on the street. Very nice staff that was helpful and friendly. A little disappointed with the pool, but you are ON THE OCEAN so why do you need a pool anyway. Have fun and soak in the rays!!!

Great spot to stay and wonderful service!! If you have transportation or are okay with ride sharing into other neighborhoods then you’re golden, as far as getting to great restaurants and activities, the area around the hotel is pretty lowkey, when it comes to “things to do”. Location is beautiful and when they say “ocean front, they mean it. If you’re just looking to go to the beach though. This is the spot!

Great view from our 3rd floor “Ocean View” living room. Nice balcony with comfortable chairs on it. Living room comfortable and stylish design. Bedroom was separate and didn’t have view - it let in a little too much light since the window had shutters with gaps between the slats and the breezeway outside was lit. Fantastic Happy Hour sunset on the roof each night. Great customer set ice too - overall we had a fun getaway weekend!

What a marvelous experience!!! Mr. Jones was an absolute professional, approachable, kind, respectful, with amazing customer service skills. The entire staff at Pier one and Natasha at Sea Coast 180 restaurant, were absolutely remarkable. I would totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. My view from my room was unforgettable!! Stunning! Thank you Mr. Jones, house keeping, Pier one staff and sea coast 180 restaurant for a memorable stay!!

All the staff was very friendly. The manager Hammy (nick name) was great. He made sure my trip was very comfortable. There was worker named Beautiful, I don't know her title but, she was awsome. She brought a high level of energy and made me feel right at home. The weekend felt like a true beach front vacation! I'm going back!

This property is not worth what you pay for. It’s dirty & rusty. When I checked in, I found 2 drops of blood stain on the carpet and when I told the front desk about not being comfortable in staying in the room, they said they were sold out and will send housekeeping to clean it but nobody came to clean it, I had to stay in that dirty room during my whole trip. The ceiling fan had dust and webs on it, the mirror was rusty and the night stand lights were rusty as well. The sliding door didn’t work properly as well. As a gold member who has stayed at many Marriott hotels, this property was very disappointing. Will not be staying here in the future ever again!

For the price we paid and the fact it’s a 4 star hotel customer service average and inconsistent. Valet & Check in service not great, pay $30 per day for valet and no one helps with your luggage then front desk just tell you where to get the trolleys! We prepaid for breakfast to be then told you can only get it in a takeout container during the week, restaurant service only at weekends (whole process next morning was ridiculous ) ! 2nd night the restaurant and bar were closed to residents as they were hosting a private function (no room service offered either) These are things we would not expect of a 4 star hotel and should have had prior knowledge so we could make a decision on whether it was worth staying there. The hotel outlook was nice beach front location they also had a sunset hour with free drink on roof terrace which was a really nice idea. Restaurant staff were friendly on the one night we had dinner there. Definite benefit to have some customer service training and some updates in the hotel as some areas and room looking a little worn.

Absolutely loved this property! It was a surprise for my husband for a concert in the area! The staff was great! The room was beautiful and spacious! Right on the beach and walking distance to a lot of food choices. We both want to come back! Such a great experience.

Beautiful room. Walkable to pier and open site music last night. Ate lunch and breakfast and staff and food amazing!! Jacuzzi open until 10 pm- which we took advantage of as well! Loved our stay!!
