“Daughters Surprise Vacation”

This was a surprise vacation for three of my daughters. They had no idea where I was taking them until we boarded the plane. We arrived early and our room was not ready but this gave us a chance to explore the resort and do a little shopping. Our room was very pleasent and very clean and all the staff was exceptional. The weather was quite cool so we did not take advantage of the heated pools but the gym and spa were well used by the girls. This is a great place for families as it caters to both young and old alike. We were on the go contantly trying to take in all the sights of San Diego and upon our return each evening we were greeting by a friendly face and a " how was your day ladies?" I would certainly go back and I have already recommended Paradise Pointe to many of my friends.

“THIS IS OUR FAVORITE PLACE TO STAY IN SAN DIEGO”

I WAS HAPPY TO SEE THAT THERE WAS A SALE ON THE EXPEDIA WEBSITE. IT'S EASY TO GET LOST HERE IN PARADISE. THERE WAS ALWAYS A HELPFUL PERSON TO GUIDE US BACK TO OUR ROOM.

“Truly Paradise”

The grounds are beautiful, and our room was clean, pretty, and comfortable. Our kids loved walking around the grounds and feeding the ducks. We loved the swimming pools and the bonfire pits near the pools. The spa is wonderful too, although it would be nice access to the exercise room was included, rather than subject to an extra $12 per day charge. We were pleased with the quality and variety of items in the gift shop, and we really enjoyed the location and availability of nearby amenities. We enjoyed eating breakfast each day outside at the beach cafe, among the sealife. However, the service at the beach cafe was definitely hit or miss, sometimes great, sometimes awful. We will definitely return to this resort.

“Good first experience in San Diego”

The hotel is very private.....on a private island, but is very accessible to all parts of the city. The hotel has obviously been upgraded, as there was a modern feel and new items combined with some old structural details. For the price, it was definitely worth it, and Paradise Point would be on our list if we decide to head back to San Diego.

“Love Mission Bay and the Hydros!”

Paradise Point is a perfectly located facility in the middle of the Mission Bay parks. Facilities are very private as our the rooms. Location to all of the activities(including Sea World) are great. Able to enjoy Pacific Beach and surrounding areas too. The H1 hydroplanes were racing across the street which was a bonus.

“SOOOO AWESOME!”

This place was awesome! Pools around every corner, super nice staff that actually acted like they WANTED to help us (well our waitress at the restaurant was rude but that was just 1 person) such beautiful scenery, we didnt even have enough time to see it all! The rooms were epic, I loved the flooring and flat screen and bathroom and beds! I was really nervous that it wasnt going to be nice but I have NOTHING to be worried about. And the store had the coolest stuff in it! Its expensive of course (all resort stores are) but they had really neet stuff. I don't really care for California or San Diego but I would seriously go back just for this hotel.
