“Well maintained property”
Well maintained older property; nice facility and grounds; only dissapointment was the restaurant food; had one dinner at the Market Cafe and based on that experience did not go back to that restaurant or to Mistrals either.
“Nice... but over priced.”
Great location, friendly staff. But if your not VIP you get a much lesser room/view than the VIP members. We purchased the highest grade room offered on the site and wound up with pool/ marine view. After a look around after check-in it was obvious there were much nicer rooms with views of the bay. But when I inquired I was told they're all booked. Keep in mind I booked 2 months in advance and was there off-season (Nov.)
“More than expected!”
Excellent place! Customer service was top notch! room was cleaner than ever and nice and big. Bed was wonderful. Very nice resort and would go to again if ever in the area!
“Leows Coronado Hotel”
So I really enjoyed my weekend away from it all. However, Leows was a little too away from it all. There is no convenience whatsoever in the location of the hotel. I wanted to get away, but I didn't want to be secluded from all. For the price of the hotel, I expected a great room, but was disappointed. The shower was a mere 5 feet. I couldn't even turn around in it comfortably. The tub in the bathroom was smaller than the tub in my apartment. The room was decent, but again for the price, I have stayed in nicer Marriots for less. Thank God for Expedia is all I have to say! If I hadn't gotten the deal on Expedia I would have been very upset with my stay! Overall, the customer service is great, but the hotel charges you for every little thing: to self-park per night, a hotel guest is charged a handsome fee and if you want or need anything additional such as a rollaway bed, you get charged for it. If you are looking for an all inclusive hotel, Leows is not the place to go!
“Eh”
The hotel was really nice, but things that you would assume would be included in your hotel stay such as parking, internet and gym access were extra, a lot extra. The hotel was beautiful, but for as much money as you spend, you should get a few perks. Especially perks that are included in most hotels.
“Room was nice except 25.00 a day for parking and the food was very expensive”
over all very nice
“they steal”

“had a nice time”

“Outstanding customer service with beautiful bay and boat views”
We live only an hour away, but felt we were on an island 1000 of miles away. The second we walked in the door we were greeted by exceptionally friendly and helping staff. We were not so pleased with our first rooms view so we called the front desk. Within two minutes the hotel manager Dave arrived at our room to provide us with other room options. The first room he showed us we stuck with, because of the coziness and immaculate views of the beautiful waterfront homes, boats, pool and tennis courts! Gordy helped us with excellent recommendations for dinner and Julious had an envelope with drink vouchers waiting for us. Overall the staff was outstanding, and i will definitely be back!
