“dissapointment”
I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and its THE LAST TIME I would stay in a Hilton!! I'm very dissapointed with the hotels amenities, NO SAFE in room, NO refrigrator, bathroom floor wasnt clean, the pillows didnt smell clean. THE MOST DISSAPOINTING thing was NO free breakfast offered even though it said it on the web site and when I incurred about it with the front desk they said the Expedia site is wrong and that they never offer free breakfast. I had breakfast twice in the hotel and one time I was charged 12.95 for conitenantal+ 19.95 for upgraded breakfast which meant I paid $7.00 extra for a small plate of fruits and when I asked the waiter if they would give us the 20% off that that the front desk had mentioned when I asked about the free breakfast the waiter said its not applicable for breakfast!! I own a restaurant and know that breakfast items would cost the least!!! the second time I was charged $12.95 + $5.95 for un upgrdae!! this time I didnt have the fruits. last but not least they charged me $19.00 per night to park a car.. thats really taking advantage of people since Im a guest at the hotel and paid for my room so why would the hotel charge its guests more money to park their car which cost me an additional $114.00. its the LAST time I would go to that hotel.
“NOT Impressed by Hilton”
This was such a disappointment for our last day of travel! I had thought we would 'splurge' on a very nice hotel room for our last evening before flying out the next morning. To my great disappointment it was a complete bust. No free wi-fi in the room (not even in the business center!), no refrigerators in any rooms, no transportation anywhere unless it was on the hotel's time table, had to get the keys re-coded so they worked on our door (after hauling everything up to the 6th floor, keys wouldn't work), restaurant and room service had VERY poor selection of food (unless you wanted to pay $35 for some pasta). Nothing near by to walk to, that we could find anyway since the front desk was NOT helpful in recommending anything. Even upon check-out NO one asked how our stay was, or asked for any feedback what-so-ever...I can see why!! Won't be staying at any Hiltons again...for sure.
“does not worth the money”
1- Expensive charge for a self parking space which it's security is like a land. 2- the fridge was auwfully dirty.

“Not Impressed”
Book the room as nonsmking room and got stinki smoking room. I talk with the admin and they blaim that the reservation request did not come as non smoking. I rather have my reservation reject than getting smoky room. discusting were not able to sleep well and had the Marathon next day.
“never stay in this Hotel again”
very disappointed
“In a poor state of disrepair. Will never return again.”
I should have known that the broken button for the second floor in the elevator would be a sign of things to come. I got to my room at 2am, after having spent the night on the town celebrating my best friend's wedding. After I put my luggage away I decided to find something to eat. After discovering no place to find food, including nearby restaurants or fast food places, I returned to my room, only to find I was locked out. It turns out my door lock had failed and could not be opened by any on-site staff. I had to wait a number of hours for the building engineer to come in and open my door. I did not get to sleep until 5am. I was comped a free breakfast and my parking charge was removed because of the trouble. I didn't find out that my free breakfast was useless since they stopped serving at 10am. Teach me to try to get more than 5 hours of sleep I guess. Aside from being dead tired and locked out of my room, the room itself was dirty (the TV remove was sticky). Suffice it to say, my stay was a bad one. I realize things like this happen, and the staff that was there did their best to make up for the incompetence of the hotel, but alas, I do not care. I will never stay there again.
