It’s a very nice hotel. Very clean and the staff was great. One downfall is only one working elevator so the wait time is very long

Overall, it was fine. One elevator was out of order causing delays Also I didn’t find the coffee maker till the second day. There was no shower cap provided which was not convenient. But overall the location is good and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable

The internet service provider does not have enough bandwidth. It causes their beautiful new large TVs to buffer, pixelate and at times not play. The air conditioner was not working properly for greater than 24 hrs. The hotel is being upgraded so many rooms have not been updated and of the two elevators one did not work causing increased wait times. The staff was excellent despite the properties shortcomings and should be held up.

Great suite with separate bedroom, nice decor and clean. Elevators were worn out with cracked flokrs and buttons, and one of the two was out of service completely.

An older property and some things were not working all the time. The TV kept going out and plumbing and such was hit and miss. Lots of noise from other guests and one elevator was out of service. Not what I expect from a doubletree.

Hello Dieter,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We recently changed all our TVs to the 65 inch in the room and mounted them on the wall. We will look into why it kept going out and address it right away. As for the elevator, we are in the process of replacing the entire unit to improve our guest experience. Thank you.

Despite the construction it was clean and quiet. Seems to be some plumbing issues. Our first room had a toilet that ran nonstop very loudly. They immediately moved us to a different room. The shower faucet got stuck on but we eventually got it off. Also, a musty, slightly sewage odor a few times over the 2 days we stayed. Libby, restaurant and pool area were all clean and very nice.

The second floor hall smelled like sewers and dirty water. And when we got in the room old carpet smell. Other then that room was ok bathroom doors are extremely hard to push open and close.

The outside patio was large and peaceful with lots of options of things to do and enjoy. The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom wallpaper was peeling and paint splattered as if they were not done with a renovation. The second elevator was broken but we were notified of it before arrival.

The hotel is really outdated, but clean. One elevator was out of service, and the other was always crowded. We had to go up to the top floor first before going down, and then stop at each floor on the way down.

Hannah and Kate were great! The manager was terrible and inhospitable. My room was given away and the room I received was nasty. The drain had hair and waste attached to it that was over a foot long. When was the last time it was cleaned? An absolute health hazard.

Highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere. They charge you $22 for parking and if you park anywhere outside of their hotel, you will get towed or a ticket. They charge you for breakfast when all the hotels provide breakfast nowadays. The rooms do not have refrigerators which is a huge inconvenience if you have kids. We had a huge soccer tournament and needed a place to keep food items from spoiling.

Great pool, hot tube, ping pong table and connect four. Gym is lack luster. You have to pay 22 for parking. 😖. We just parked off site. Would stay there again.
