Nothing terribly outstanding either way. It is an older hotel. With outdoor room entrances it has a bit of a motel feeling. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and we got early check-in on ground floor... The rooms were not carpeted therefore when the upstairs people moved about it was noisy.. They went out around midnight and made a lot of noise coming and going including leaving early AM so not a good sleep

24/7 front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy in and out of the motel. Nice layout of room and comfy bed.

The room was extremely loud. AC buzzed, a beeping we couldn't find. Bed springs squeezed Other noises, but we just needed 6 hours before an early flight. What did i expect for $90

Seeing as you only checked out today you should not be expecting to see it immediately, specially if you used a debit card. We have already released your funds but it normally takes 3 - 5 business dates for banks to process transactions. When we first walked into our room, we realized the photos online looked much better than in real life. There was a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door. The sheets were dirty and filled with stains. The towels were rough and old. The soda I got from the vending machine was expired. The room's AC/heater had a light indicating the filter needed to be changed. The room wasn't cleaned for 2-3 consecutive days. The TV remote didn't work, so I had to go to the lobby to get a second remote. Operating the TV required both remotes, but there was only 1 pair of batteries. The streets were noisy and you could hear everything passing through the night. I understand hearing planes, since the property is located next to the airport, but vehicles and people shooting in the street shouldn't be heard as much as we faced during our stay. The wall outlets only worked at certain angles to charge my electronic devices. The breakfast selection was extremely limited. For the price, you're much better off going somewhere else.

Good hotel, breakfast was ok they only thing is that when you book it does no say that they charge $10 dol per day for parking, we tried to argue this but they say it was their policy .

This property was disgusting. Mold everywhere, my key kept deactivating and they just hand you another without checking your id or anything. Water damage in ceiling so ceiling is stained and sagging. Entire room stays damp because of the humidity and smells like mildew. Crack so big in doorway that you can see daylight. 1/10.

This place is a one star hotel. Needs a lot of work. I wouldn’t recommend. the front door closes but there is a big gap that lets light through. The bathroom door is falling off the hinges and doesn’t even close. They paint over something on the door. Not sure what it was. The crown molding they must have run out as there is like 10 feet needed to finish. The breakfast area is a small room with a couple tables and chairs. It’s meh. Definitely won’t be staying there ever again.

Great for Fisherman using the fishing charters.
Good basic Comfort inn. Great location for the fishing companies across the street. (3 minute walk). Hotel is fisherman friendly, They had freezer space (employee fridge I guess) to freeze a 1 gallon zip lock full of fillets (4-5 lbs). Breakfast was basic and fair at best. CAUTION: There is a $10 per day parking fee that was not disclosed on 3rd party websites.

One has to go all over the rooms turning lights on, there is no switch on walls. many lamps. They did not clean the roomon a two night stay. Room and restroom are too small and they only have one for special needs. Cafeteria offers the same everyday.

The location was very convenient for popular tourist places such as Sea World and the Zoo. Street noise was loud as well as the air conditioner and fridge in our room. Safe was not working. Breakfast was so so. My kids enjoyed getting cookies at check in. Staff was friendly.

Not nice reception
I ve stayed at this hotel for over 18 years and never had any issues.we arrived from AZ to check in and was asked for a cc to pay for the room and incidental deposit but I was told the could not accept the cc because it was not chipped that was my only cc so I had to use my debit card the cost was $800 it took all of our vacation funds so pretty much wiped out funds needed for stuff that required cashi have used this cc multiple times at this hotel sa.e cc never once had any issues being a gold member I asked if they could waive the parking fee and the response was a very gruff reply of no!!!! I have never been treated so rudely at this hotel as I met I've been coming her for years not sure if I will stay there again

I felt the room was sufficient for what we needed and much better than other budget friendly choices! Pool could be cleaner (only looked at it one day and decided not to get in) and a hot tub would have been great! Only room complaint would be that the wall and baseboard are getting water damages with every shower even if I was careful. Staff was friendly and check in was quick ;) loved the area so quick to get to the beaches and to downtown. Stayed three nights.

Loved the location. Was at a downtown wedding so very convenient to drive here late at night. Room looks newly remodeled was clean and comfy. Only thing is that it looks like they forgot to change bathroom door. Looks dirty and old.
