We arrived in the morning after a long night bus ride. We requested to just leave our luggage until our room was ready and were so happy when we were told that a room was available and we could check in early. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with spacious and beautiful rooms. It is conveniently located within a block of the town center. We wish we could have stayed longer.

I have stayed at Casa del Alma 2 times and I love this small boutique hotel. It’s lovely and quiet and the staff is great. The restaurant has great food prepared by the chef and the presentation is always beautiful and very tasty. ( try de chipilin soup) It’s close to the cathedral and the main passages and museums. You can walked everywhere from this location. I definitely recommend it and when I go back to Dan Cristóbal de las casas I will definitely stay there again. It has only 27 suite rooms.

We had booked with Hotel Bo but because they were doing renovations we were transferred over to Casa del Alma. Had a terrific stay at this hotel. Not sure why I would want to go to hotel Bo for an extra $70 a night. This place had everything. In particular the people at the front desk were extremely helpful

Everyone treated us like royalty. Restaurant was wonderful, service and cuisine were first rate. Tours and driver arranged by concierge were excellent. First rate in every respect. Highly recommended.

Simply Amazing!
This hotel is stunning and beautiful. It is in the center of all the action. Has some of the best restaurants and night life just a walk down the block. I truly recommend this place to anyone.

If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, modern and pricey hotel, this is it. When going to a colonial town we were looking for a colonial/classic/cozy hotel, this was too modern and expensive.

No need to look further. This is the place!
Amazing. Lo mejor de lo mejor. The Sumidero Suite was worth it with the balcony and view from the bed. Great location, comfortable bed and room, and friendly staff did not disappoint. Another nice touch was the the complimentary coffee in lobby area. Can’t wait to visit again!

The hotel was beautiful and the location was great. It’s a block away from one of the main streets in San Cristobal so it was convenient. The staff was very friendly! it was a little disappointing that there was construction going on next door so we couldn’t enjoy the balcony too much and there was no coffee maker in our room. But really nothing bad to say, we really enjoyed staying here.

The hotel is located on a very good location, staff is not friendly and they will no help you on anything you need besides the bare necessities. I am a gold member of Expedia and that hotel is rated as VIP but hotel will not comply with the acme too es marked on the VIP status.
