“its not great that great”

there was no mini fridge or microwave, air conditioner did not work had to change rooms n the second room the air conditioner was broken

“Nice room, staff needs congenialty lessons”

Nice room. Staff not so friendly. I couldn't believe that a Hilton charged $9.95 for internet access! This isn't a Motel 6.

“Get's job done.”

A bit aged. No free internet. No wireless in room. Good bar. Hot spa vs. warm that seems to be the rule these days. Would return.

“Convienient Local”

This hotel is right off the I-10 not too far from downtown. The pool was clean. The breakfast buffet was good, but the same every day. The coffe was terrible, both in the room and at the restsurant!

“Hilton San Bernadino”

Amazing hotel! The staff was incredible and accomodated every request we had. They really made traveling with a 9 month old baby a breeze!

“It was cool, clean, comfortable, and nicer than the rest of the hotels.”

I ordered a refrigerator and didn't get it and ordered a smoking room only to find out that it is an all non-smoking hotel. The elevators are surprisingly small, but manageable, I liked it, good air conditioning during a hot summer. Very comfortable.

Ontario Mills mall, about 10 minutes away is very nice, and has just about every store imaginable at factory store prices.

“Not A Lot of Choice In San Bernardino”

Staff sucks. Room services sucks. But there isn't a lot of choices.

“Hope you don't need anything after hours....”

I needed a roll away bed and discovered there is a charge for that. I needed it so I didn't really have a choice. A security guard came up and delivered the bed. When I needed items from housekeeping, I was told they didn't have housekeeping. I was able to get my items an hour after I requested them by the same security guard who clearly needs a raise since he has multiple jobs. Forget about ordering a cocktail at midnight from the hotel bar that closes at 1am because you'll be directed to the front desk where you'll be told they're closed. Oh and if you think you can surf the net or get some work done while you're there, be prepared to pay because they do not offer free Wi-Fi. You'll have better luck staying at the Best Western across the street. I wish I would've...
