“Do not book here!”

This hotel refused to use our expedia reservation. They were extremely unfriendly and angry, and kicked us out of the room in the morning. It was far away from everything, and the surrounding neighborhood was very sketchy. I have been travelling for years and this is the first negative review I have ever given.

“Terrible mistake”

Horrible. The whole point of booking the hotel was to get some rest for a tournament my boys were having the next morning. we did not get any rest at all. the a/c in our room was busted and sounded more like a lawn mower. everytime it came on it was soooo loud. we had to move rooms around 3 am and by this time i was no longer sleepy. i managed to sleep 2 hours that night. aside from that my boys didn't deserve the drama of this hotel. i have a 10,4, and 2 yr old and this experience was not fair to them. i will never consider this hotel again. with the economy as tight as it is, i felt even worse about spending on this hotel.

“Surprised...”

I was a little worried when I booked this hotel. The rates were much lower for the room type I selected in the area then at other places. I must say I was surprised. The staff wasn't very personable but I didn't need to deal with them other then checking in and out so that didn't matter to me. The room was clean, the hotel was clean, and there were no noise problems at all. The internet in the room worked at all times and the microwave came in handy. The free breakfast wasn't that great but if your just looking for a bagel and some coffee it will do just fine. I am heading back to San Antonio at the end of June to visit my husband again, he's at Fort Sam Houston, and I will be booking with this hotel again.

“Had a wonderful stay!”

This hotel offered a nice continental breakfast, free parking and was in a great location. It was close to restaurants, shopping and just a quick drive to the riverwalk. I highly recommended it.
