“Great Times at the Micro”

I had a Amazing time everything was Lovely until Three guest checked in two the right of me. I complained for Three days and not only was nothing done bjut the last day of there reservation the owner of the hotel happened to be standing at the front desk hey Mr Ted he offered to take care of my dry cleaning so I was happy but would have loved to get some sleep!!

“Excellent hotel and service”

We were looking for a clean, comfortable, inexpensive room for a two night stay. All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful, our suite was immaculate and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was better than average. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in town!

“GREAT VALUE! CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!”

The Microtel Inn and Suites San Antonio Airport North was easy to get in and out. It lays in a quite neighborhood, with an HEB nearby. At no time did I feel that my families safety was an issue here. The staff was friendly and allowed us to check-in one hour early so that we could get downtown to the ALAMO before it closed for the day. I have used other third party vendors to book a room before, and always was made to feel like a second rate citizen, not here. Our room was clean and cold walking into it on a hot July day! The breakfast bar that was available allowed us to eat early prior to beginning our days and allowed me to save money to spend elsewhere on our vacation. As we are mainly cereal, toast and pancake/waffle eaters we had no problem with it. My bride and I have been together for 26 years and we have stayed at other hotel/motel chains. This was our second stay at a Microtel. It will not be our last!

Area recommendations
The Alamo, the area around The Alamo, The Riverwalk is a must see. Sea World. When you buy your tickets for Sea World, buy the all you can eat ticket also. It makes for a better day for everybody and trust me for the prices you will pay you can come out on the plus side at the end of the day. You can walk in and get cold water all day when needed as well.

“Will visit again!!”

Price was great and hotel employees were great. Breakfast was an added bonus and location was terrific....I will stay again. Only complaint I have was how hard the bed are but for the price and location it is doable....

“I would stay at this hotel again.”

Price was right and the hotel was clean. It was close to our event which was perfect. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

“Can't Wait to go back!!”

Flew in to San Antonio late on a thurs night (11:30PM) got to the hotel a little after midnight and was greeted by a very professional, polite, and helpful desk clerk, he answered all of our questions politely. We went to our room and we were very pleasantly surprised by the room. It felt like we were in a big hotel. The room was very clean and big enough for our needs. This was our first experience with Microtel and it will not be our last. Excellent bang for the buck, we certainly didn't expect what we received for the price we paid. Next time we are in San Antonio, which will be soon, we know exactly where we are staying, back at this Microtel.

“Definitely will stay there again. Convienent to "many" surrounding restraunts and shopping centers.”

The hotel and grounds were very clean. Parking lot was very well lighted. The employees at the desk were very cordial, informative and friendly, as well as House Keeping. The continental breakfast was great. Had a good selection of breakfast items.
