“Perfect for what I needed”
Beds were very comfortable and clean. Just stayed 1 night for xmas shopping and it was perfect location for everything alone I35. Thank you

I'm not sure why this hotel has a 2 rating. I've stayed in much worse places, I had a good stay.
“Beats sleeping in the car.”
If the cleaning staff would take more care in cleaning and changing sheets my opinion would much different I'm sure. The desk staff seemed pleasant enough.
“Will Go Back”
Friendly and courteous service, we arrived late because of flight delays and had no problems checking in. We had a good time staying there and will go back.
“Old and Dirty”
This hotel is very dirty. The actual hotel itself is old but that is okay if you keep it clean but they did not. Mold in the bathroom, tubs that were black, carpet not vaccumed, hair on the floor and black shoe prints all over the tile. We thought maybe it was just the room or the maids didn't pay close attention so we asked for another room that was clean. The other room was just the same!
“A run-down location”
I like La Quintas because they tend to be more recent construction...this one must have been among the very first, however, and it showed its age! While certainly adequate for a two night stay, it was pretty dirty around the edges of the carpet and smelled a bit musty. Staff was hospitable, parking was safe, so it really was just the condition of the building/room that left us disappointed.
“terrible stay”
I was disappointed to say the least .The room was dirty asked for it to be cleaned, the toliet had fetus in it when I arrived , the coffee pot was dirty, behind nitestand was dirty with trash . The people at the front desk was nice: thats the only nice thing other than the location is all I can say was good. Was not at all satisfied.
“Everything is great EXCEPT.....”
Well, this was my 1st time to stay at a LaQuinta. Hotel staff was great. They got me a room as soon I arrived at 1PM (Check in time). Convienient elevator to take me to 3rd floor with my luggage. Got to the room, it was really neat and clean. No musty smells. The reasion I rate comfort at the lowest was cause the bed sheets felt like wax. Very annoying, wife broke out with a rash. I did not notify the hotel due to time limits I was in. The soap and the shampoo was awefull. Bring your own.
“Worst La Quinta Experience”
As we walked in the carpet looked dirty and was sticky. The toilet seat had urine stains all over. I walked on the carpet barefoot and noticed my feet all black from dirt so i did not walk without my slippers after that. By far my worst La Quinta experience.
“I will return.”
I have relatives living in the Live Oak area and the hotel's location was ideal. The amenities of the hotel; TV, game connections, nutritional continental breakfast, and pool certainly helped to make my stay more enjoyable. Furthermore, the close proximity to major roads was also a plus. I will definitely return and will also recommend this hotel to other family members.who might visit the area.
