Nothing unique about the property. Room was very smelly. It definitely needs serious upgrading. There was no remote for the TV. Furniture pieces very old and decaying. Sofa extremely old dirty large old stains on it and smelly. Could not sit on it. Just an inside shelter for the night. Understandable why price so low and affordable. It should be no more than what it is.

Where to begin?! This place is a health hazard. Dirty is an understatement. Bathtub and sink were disgusting, toilet was not working, the towels are stained, no phone in the room. Chairs and sofa beyond gross. AC not working. They tried to switch rooms anf checked like 4 and all of them were in the same condition. Last room had a blood stain on the fitted sheet. Needless to say we ran out of there.

The staff was amazing and even checked me in an hour early since it was so hot outside in San Antonio, Texas. However, this day was horrible. Soon as it became night time, the roaches made their appearance and made it impossible to get any kind of rest at all

This property does not match what was advertised on hotels.com. There was no ice machine, the pool was closed and the property is dirty and in need of repair. Very disappointing!!

Room was not clean, multiple items on floor. Had to keep items in car due to ROACHES. Check-in required deposit that was not listed on site. Stress because room was already full of damages and worried I would not get deposit back.

Room smelled musty. The condition of the cabinets and trim was bad. The chairs, blankets, sheets, pillows, and sofa bed mattress were terribly stained. There was dust everywhere. My youngest son kept finding trash and stuff under the beds. For a "hotel" this place could have and should have been better condition.

The property was absolutely disgusting. There was mold everywhere; our room's floor would make our feet black if we walked barefoot; our sheets regularly had stains; and much more.
The only good thing about this hotel was the staff. Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was respectful and kind.

The Lobby is not at the place I booked. It was at the next door Rodeaway. The rooms condition was horrible. Dirty, worn down, stained. The TV did not work. The bathtub is is very bad condition. The beds were horrible. Matress eould sink in the middle. This by far has been the worst room ever.

If you are on a tight budget and looking for something very affordable and quick this hotel is it. It's not inviting on the exterior but the room they gave me was clean but with old furnitures. Bedroom was clean small for full size, bathroom was clean but old the kitchen area was clean but only had small fridge and microwave no stove, and living area. It's pretty spacious and tv and internet were working. I would go back, but I'm still waiting on my deposit.

I guess for the price, i shouldn't expect much. I did want to feel safe. The door to the room had a hole that was covered up by a Christmas ornament. Not safe at all.

Unhealthy environment. Dirty Beds, dirty sofa, lot of bugs and roaches. bed covers are very old and unwashed. dirty floors, u will see your foot marks when you walk.

It was bad but for one night we dealt with it room was smelly their were open holes on the ceiling in the room and bathroom their weren’t enough towels only two for a family of five carpet was dirty and their were bugs and spiders we had to kill before going to bed and the lights were not working properly

We did not stay due to the conditions. The Suites submitted our full refund, Orbitz was supposed to submit a full refund as well. This place was terrible.

The place was pretty ok we had booked 2 nights but upon arriving i found a gun under the mattress. And then downstairs there seemed to be a prostitute living there. I ended up canceling the 2nd night.
It was very disappointing, shower was dirty, there was a TICK on the bed !!!, walls were written on , the fire alarm was broken off and was laying on table , over all it was very disappointing 😞😞, sorry but I will not go back .

I did not like anything, the A/C unit did not work I had kids with me. So I was given another room only to go in and the lights did not work. False advertising saying 3 beds and a sofa bed,with a kitchen. There was no kitchen even though that is what I was believed to be receiving also only 2 beds. This was the most disappointing hotel stay I have ever had, Orbitz they made you look bad. I won't be using you in the future. It's over 100 degrees in Texas and I received a room with no air.
