“Wonderful staff - Nice hotel”

Our room was comfortable, yet typical for this type hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accomodating. Several retail stores, restuarants and the airport were minutes away by car. All-in-all, we enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there again.

“Nice Hotel”

Very Nice hotel and nice, clean, comfortable room! Nice service at the front desk. Only complaint is that free breakfast was not included.

“Conveniently Located”

Conveniently located to the airport, Northstar Mall, and several favorite local eating establishments. Great accomodations for price paid on this three day visit to San Antonio. Only issue was a very slow brewing coffee pot.

“Excellent place to stay. You will find local business nearby.”

Hotel staff was very friendly, food was great and location is central.

Getting around

Loop 410 and Loop 1604 are nearby. Mall is just 2 miles south of hotel location.

“Nice hotel”

The hotel is really nice and clean. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The bar kinda lacks. The "bartender" was also the kitchen staff I believe. He wasn't up on how to make mixed drinks unless it was a 2 item recipe. They were out of Budweiser beer. The beds are similar to sleep number beds. You can adjust the feel at your choice. The location is in a weird spot. It is off the highway, which is also known as San Pedro, IH 37 and hwy 281. When you exit coming from the south the turn to the hotel is kind of hidden by trees. We missed the turn and had to go down, make the block and come from the back side. Other than that it was really easy getting on and off the highway, or to wherever you wanted to go. Lots of close eating establishments. We would return.

“Just what I expected”

I loved the hotel. The staff was really friendly and everything was clean and pretty. The only lil problem that I had was with the loud noises in the corridors coz of the indoor pool.

“lovely experience”

I was very pleased by the rooms and the condtion of the bed. It is being cared for and shows it. The trees and bushes make it very inviting and lots of ground maintenance is ongoing. The desk people were extremely helpful. The food served at breakfast is adequate butr needs more service. The price for the rooms is fair. The hotel is pretty and has lots of small areas inviting sitting -reading and conversation--but could use more lamps. I would return-and Ithink others should like it too. Very convenient to the airport. But no weekend airport shuttle.

Area recommendations

San Antonio has lovely downtown area with lots of good food and entertainment--I was ther to visit with family.

Getting around

Plan lots of time when driving--freeways very full most of the time and you need to have specific directions and devices with directions!
