“Hospitality Plus”
We were impressed with the hospitaliity displayed: large dish of hard candies, chilled bottled water in a cooler in the lobby. Personnel also opened doors for the guests. Your lady in the breakfast room is outstanding in her customer service. We would definitely recommend the Inn and we would stay there again.

A very nice location close to the airport and peaceful place to stay.
“Needs additional parking spaces”
The Hotel was good but needs a little bit maintenance, we arrive late at night and we had to park very far away and it was rainning and there was not a service of umbrellas or help from hotel.

Clean rooms finding the Hotel was not easy needs a better sign out front. But the Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful

I've stayed in this hotel twice and would definitely recommend it. It's not fancy, but certainly adequate. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, well maintained, quiet, with a pretty nice complimentary breakfast. Within walking distance to the Northstar mall and a few very nice sit-down restaurants. The neighborhood is commercial: safe, with good parking but nothing special. The highway system and one-way service roads in the area of the airport are enough to make you want to pull out your hair (initially), but by the end of your stay you'll have them figured out.
“wonderful and exceptional service!”
All the employees there were wonderful! They were very nice and very helpful. We didn't have a fridge in the room the first night, so they made sure we had one the next night. They also let us use their personal freezer for our ice bags for the baby's milk. Wonderful and exceptional service and soooo NICE! Would definately stay there again!
