Behind nightstand where a couple plugs are was filthy with trash and dust in 2 different rooms. Its overpriced and barely slept in 1st room because it was so hot. We will never return to this property.

The only ly reason we stayed stayed at place was because the website said there was a hot tub. We get there no hot tub. Air conditioning in one room would never get the room cool. Other than that it was pretty ok.

We liked the old feel to this hotel. The shuttle service was great and such a cost saver for getting around the area.

Really nice stay, just upset with the room I was given. I booked a King size bed and when checked in , front desk stated they were sold out and they only had 2 queen beds. I was having a staycation with my husband and that just kinda threw off our plans. But overall place is nice.

Not up to standard
This hotel is in general handsome, but it’s definitely behind the times. There’s no comfortable place to sit in the hotel room, either a nice chair or sofa. So when is consigned to the lobby when it comes to sitting comfortably. Also, they offer complementary coffee up until 6:30 AM. After then it cost five dollars a cup. This is highly unusual in my experience. Finally, there are very few outlets for plugging in electronic devices, and none of them convenient. this is definitely not up to the standard of modern hotels, especially those those they cater to business travelers.

Overall I had no problems with the property. Very beautiful hotel. The staff seemed a bit dismissive towards me. I tried going to their Paseo bar and grill and waited for a good 20-25 minutes for the “only” bartender to never get around to me even though he claimed he would. When I went to the front desk to complain, they seemed not to care and just asked if I wanted anything else. I instead just went somewhere else to eat. Hotel is great, but unless you’re in a big group don’t count on being serviced at Paseo. I would just eat somewhere else.

Fine overall
The hotel was really nice and our room was spacious and clean. The only thing I would say is that there were a lot of events the weekend we stayed. The first night seemed like a business holiday party the music was bumping through the walls and we could hear grown men screaming and yelling throughout from the courtyard. The second night the music was even louder. Luckily that music ended earlier than the night before. Even though that was a bit annoying we’d still stay here again because the experience outside of that was great.

The front desk staff was nice. The hotel’s cleanliness wasn’t good. Hallways had old food scattered on the floor, needed to be vacuumed.

The architecture and design was lovely. And the front desk and restaurant servers were kind and courteous! The cleanliness was not good in the bathroom-floors and shower were dirty.
