The facilities were great, but the defining factor for me was the great customer service I received from Mike and Osha. I checked in late and Mike took the time to help me find a place to eat and with directions. They were fantastic! The hotel was well maintained and clean. Easy access to everything.

The hotel was nice,clean,beds comfortable,staffs were great and friendly but the location of the hotel was unsafe.Parking space under the bridge was not safe at all.We don’t feel safe walking from the hotel to river walk.

Check-in staff gave us a room/room key that was still being cleaned. Had to stand in the hall and wait for housekeeping to finish cleaning it. There is a venue next door that apparently has an outside stage and a band started playing at 11pm and didn't stop for a couple of hours (poolside of the hotel). There were a lot of homeless people in the area harassing drivers at the traffic light and stop sign intersections. I would not consider the Riverwalk as walkable from this hotel.

We had bugs visiting us at night. The wall was alive!! Although the hotel is just on the other side of highway to a high tourist area, the hotel is surrounded by homeless, drug addicts.

The room seemed old. The wall paper was poorly done. The roof over the beds seemed as if water was leaking and had the appearance of mold underneath. And we had a teenage roach crawling along the wall over the sofa.

This place was wonderful. Aside from the plunger in the sink being broken so we couldn't fill it with water, everything was great. We felt safe and valued as guests.

We didn’t even stay there. The hotel stated it was on the Riverwalk. They didn’t list you had to pay for parking, the parking was a bad area. We ended up getting a refund.

Property in need of a renovation. The area is not conducive for a vacation. A quick business trip maybe. Staff are nice but what can they do with the condition of the property? Has Riverwalk in the Name but its not near the Riverwalk. Very disappointed in the brand.

It appeared to be convienent from the site. But there appears to be an immediate homeless problem around the hotel. Couldn't walk safely at night and the River Walk is more than 5-7 minutes away It Appears that this is just an older property that isn't properly maintained.

It was not the nicest room for a special celebration. It was not a cheap booking but the hotel lacked basic cleanliness. The bedding and furniture had some concerning stains. It was very concerning, since some family members have asthma issues. Please read reviews and don’t completely trust pictures. The staff were pretty nice but not the nicest hotel. Thank you.

The personnel was very professional and helpful. I am complaining because the water in the bathtub was getting out and going to the carpet what made the room to smell or feel wet.
