The walls are filthy, there were multiple stains on the comforters and sheets, the restroom and the doors were very dirty. the carpet had what looked like a blood stain, and needed to be vacuumed. I Lysol sprayed the sheets and blanket, wiped the door handles with Clorox wipes, as well as the bathroom counter and all hard surfaces. I feel like this property has potential to be great, with some deep cleaning. The exterior had trash everywhere, and although the staff were very welcoming and accommodating, providing extra towels and pool towels. I believe what is really hurting this hotel is the cleanliness of the rooms.

Checked in and at first quick inspection of room found hair in the bathroom all over the floor and a bloody booger on the wall and room had a musty smell. Called them to have room cleaned better. Later that night got back to the room and still had hair and could see the blood on the wall. Same night bathroom sink ended up not draining water and the a/c made a horrible loud sound all night but had to have it on due to no other air circulation of room. Overall would not recommend or stay here again.

Booked this hotel after diner, I knew I’d be pulling in late and this was part way back to Albuquerque. Upon arrival, the clerk insisted that I leave a cash deposit, he stated they don’t do credit card for the holds that it’s cash only. I had conveniently paid through Expedia, and they have been instructed that there are no refunds!!! First of all in 2024 who the heck is carrying around a pile of cash for hotel deposits?? NO ONE there is some scam going on there, so save yourself a headache, avoid this place!!

Twice I was assigned to a room that was already occupied. Finally when settled in third room, fire alarms went off for a long time...then again while i was sleeping. The rooms are non-smoking, but all the guys are outside the rooms smoking...very unpleasant!

Buyer beware! Prepaid this reservation as a convenience to our contractor. He had an issue and didn't make it for the first night. I fully expected to pay for that night but the hotel said that voided the entire reservation and if I wanted him to stay the remaining three nights I would have to pay for them again on a new reservation. Expedia called and spoke directly with the hotel manager and she refused to make any accommodation.

Hotel was not clean, came to find blood on the quilt, not happy. Got a voucher for the breakfast and all they do is make you feel uncomfortable with the tiny cups and plates they give you… I won’t be staying there anymore…

Nice hotel. Not friendly checkin.
The hotel is very decent for the price. Very stylish and spacious. The checkin was unpleasant. Not very friendly. Also i was surprised that they require a $75 incidental deposit on a $62 room.

Diamond in the rough
Best place for the price. No frill from the outside but the interior was excellent for the price. Friendly service, clean rooms, comfy beds and the AC cooled nicely. Would definitely recommend for a budget stay. We will be back for hunting trips.

Reception was terrible, breakfast was not in a convenient spot, beading was stained, bathtub was dirty, tv was broken parking was weird. People where taking up multiple sports for some reason. Run down parking area with trash and pot holes. Was a comfortable bed, water was clean, towels are clean, a/c worked great, fridge and microwave are great. Coffee pot is a joke. No creamer or sugar offered.

It got the job done. We were disappointed that Roxies Diner wasn't open for breakfast, but I don't think that was the motels fault. The faucet in the bathtub was leaking badly wasting water.

staff friendly. commode seat about to come off. no batteries in remote so no tv. no hot breakfast as it was monday and resturuant closed. did provide a bag breakfast. bed awesome and room clean. at about 1:15 someone tried to enter my room. i could hear them sliding access key. saw them walk away out the window. my room was secure and i did not feel unsafe.

Great stay. Staff courteous and helpful. The included breakast at the restaurant next door was qick and tasty. No explanation as to why we had to make an extra stop at the desk to pickup breakfast vouchers inthe morning when they couldhave been given at check-in. Breakfast was included. Only concern is that the phone in the room was not connected (no cord). Could havebeen a safety issue if an emergency occurred.

The hotel itself wasn’t bad the staff, however, different story we reserved our room through Expedia app reserve now pay you at the property got to the property. My son-in-law put the room on his card so they debited his card and then turned around and debited our card as well. They have yet to refund the money they keep giving us the runaround saying it’ll be tomorrow or it’ll be 3 to 5 days. It’s been over a week, we will never use this hotel again or any hotel in this chain. Writes right and wrong is wrong personally I think someone just stuck the money in their pocket. Either way we got charged twice for the same room, every time we call it’s one excuse after the other they blame it on the bank or say it can take 3 to 5 days we’ve been going on over a week. The charge was caught immediately at check-in and still nothing was done so definitely not happy with how they handle their business.

Dont request a 1st floor level room
The Hotel is great, nice clean rooms and very quiet surroundings. The one problem i do have, after requesting a room on the first level . I was told to come back at check-in at 3pm. At 3:05 waiting to check-in, im then told there was no first floors room available. I just would like to a customer how does tht system.
