“Awful hotel, bad food, bad management, poor service. I asked for my money back.”
This was the worse hotel experience my husband and I have ever had. We rented several rooms and about 7 of the rooms had the air conditioning broken (in July 2010). All the rooms had to be re-arranged. The products in the bathroom were expired and smelled of vomit. They gave us only one set of towels so you had to make about 15 phone calls a day because the hotel manager has probably never managed a hotel before. After 2 days all of our keys were dis-activated so each of us had to go to the front desk to get a new key. Wouldn't be so bad except there is never more than 1 person working the front desk, for over 300 guests, and the property is quite big so you have to take a golf cart to get there each time. The food was horrific. Its all inclusive pizza, hamburgers and really red hot dogs that look cancerous. No typical island food. Breakfast is not bad, but lunch and dinner we had to eat outside the resort. This was a very bad experience and no one should stay.Hope this helps.
