“Would definitely go back”

This hotel was one of the better ones I've stayed in. The service from all staff was very good and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is situated 5 mins from the main part of the old town which makes it ideal for exploring the sights of the city.

very comfortable. very clean. xcellent breakfast.superb staff. the only complain i would have and this is very minor was that the bin in the bathroom hadn't been empitied prior to my arrival, comfy bed, xcellent internet connection. if i visit salzberg again i would go back. bus stop outside

“Good location”

This is not a 4 star; We were in the building across the street which appears older.Hotel is very clean; but no air conditioning;this might be a problem in the summer. Beds are not very comfortable.Breakfast was excellent. 5 min. walk through a tunnel to the old town Staff are very friendly & helpful.

“bad experience”

with the right arm lying in my bed i was hitting the right wall and with my head the left wall.,the room was really small ,the mattres was dirty and useless everything was filthy,unfriendly , smelly and loud ,(i had a room to a very busy street)i asked for a mattress exchange,it did not happen.they told me the rate would be normally double the price,i should be happy.... i really dont recommend this hotel

“Lobby was clean. Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced.”

Hotel was located near the Old Town. Tourist were walking all over the area toward the river and the Old Town. Our room was clean but carpet can definitely be replaced. I would like to go back because of the location.

“Price vs. value a great buy.”

Very good location to all the local sites. The girls at the desk were very helpful particularly the young girl that took us to our room across the street. She went out of her way to answer all our questions and meet our needs. The rooms were a little small and there is no A/C for hot nights, but there were fans. The breakfast was good and they even gave a free drink at the bar for all people in the room, including non-alcoholic drinks for the young ones.

“Beautiful View and great location”

We had a room on the top floor and there was a balcony with a wonderful view on the mountains. Plenty of room. We were very surprised at how much we got for our money. The breakfast buffet is great and well worth the money. The only complaint is that was no shower curtain strangely.

Localisation idéale- Très bon rapport qualité/prix- Nous avions eu une chambre dans la seconde partie de l'hotel : calme avec une terrasse sympa- Ceci étant, il serait plutôt à classer en maxi 3* et non en 4* comme affiché- Mais globalement nous avons été très satisfaits de la prestation .
