“Okay hotel”

Breakfast was fine. The rooms need to be updated and the location of the hotel made it difficult to find. I would not take my family back to this hotel.

“Quiet location, nice walk into Salzburg's center”

The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood, about 10 minutes from the center and another 10 minutes to the Old Town. Rooms were a decent size, although the pillow and comforter were a little bit small and thin. The room and bathroom were clean. The staff could not have been nicer; very helpful and accomodating. Top notch breakfast too! I'd recommend this hotel if you don't need the luxuries.

Excellent value for the money. Breakfast was excellent - ran the gamut from cereal to eggs and bacon, juice, coffee and the like.

“Assolutamente SCONSIGLIATO”

L'hotel non merita assolutamente le 4 stelle. Forse 2/3, ma di sicuro non 4. In camera non c'e' l'aria condizionata, il bagno, piccolissimo, non ha nemmeno una ventola per aspirare i cattivi odori e per aspirare il vapore che si forma dopo aver fatto la doccia/il bagno. Il phon attaccato al muro e' lentissimo e ha il tubo di plastica che si stacca in continuazione (per cui una persona lo deve mantenere mentre l'altra lo usa). Le reti sono vecchie (ancora quelle a molle di 20/30 anni fa) e vanno sostituite. Il personale e' assolutamente non professionale: avevamo chiesto la cortesia di restare una notte in piu'; ci avevano dato la disponibilita' e invece all'ultimo momento (30 minuti prima di dover fare il check-out) ci hanno chiamato dalla reception informandoci che dovevamo lasciare la camera perche' "non era piu' disponibile". Che buffoni! I pro di quest'hotel: (1) colazione a buffet abbondante e buona; (2) vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. I contro: (1) camere scomode e antiquate assolutamente non adeguate al livello pubblicizzato, (2) personale gentile e disponibile ma non serio ed affidabile. A voi la scelta.
