Very enjoyable, good food and bar service, good wine, great gym. Will use again. Only slight drawback was that vodaphone has a poor reception, but wifi (via the cloud) is good.

Very Poor Service

I was overcharged on my evening meal with extra drinks added to my bill from another table. In the morning the duty manager informed me I would have to pay for the items after very clearly explaining this problem and showing him where the bill went wrong, very clearly! The duty manager was very rude and being an area sales manager I did not like the way I was treated to say the least! The hotel is nice and the ground is beautiful but the service and food really does let this hotel down in a big way. I will not be staying here again due to the poor service I've received...
