Very dated interior Holes in the carpet in hallways Hallways smelly Overall walking in felt like cheap unkempt motel not upto IHG standards Room was clean and had microwave and fridge Bathrooms were clean. Room was ok

This property was clean and close to the airport. The staff were efficient and breakfast was fine. There is not much to do in this area and although it is clean the hotel is not updated. The tv in the room was small but worked fine. One bed was comfortable and one was hard. We felt safe and it is close to the interstate.

Hi Karry, We have actually installed two double paned windows to help with the freeway traffic. Please next time ask for a room on the parking lot side of the building. It doesn't have the amazing views of the Mountains, but if you are light sleeper, this will help.

Getting to the hotel was a little issue, but no fault of the w, road construction had a few detours, but once there everything was great.

The welcome staff was beyond good very friendly did their job just so they should, however every time I walk down the hall stepped outside to have some quiet time I was followed and looked at the whole time made me uncomfortable even one time I walked in and I had somebody approached me in the hallway very awkward

We expected their shuttle to pick us up at the airport since when we called they said it would be 15 minutes or so. After over an hour's wait we called again and they said there was no shuttle!!

When we checked in the lady wouldnt stop eating cheetos. She even licked her fingers off while helping us. It was so gross. It was 1am and we just wanted our rooms quickly but she wouldn’t stop eating and prioritize us getting some sleep and our room. It took probably 20 mins to check in. So unprofessional
