The biggest things I didn’t like were the type of people hanging around the property. I didn’t like that I couldn’t get a sample size of conditioner for my room after complaining to the front office that both rooms had empty conditioner dispensers. Dispensers for the soaps were cheap and barely hanging on the wall. The shower was hard to turn on and had to take force. I will be looking for other hotels in the area if I visit the area again.

Cheapest motel in McMinnville, pretty basic, but with a very nice front desk staff. Room is clean but mine had an ant infestation. Well-located on the main drag, best if you just plan to sleep there. Don't confuse with the Best Western McMinnville Inn, which is pricier.

Rooms are very dated. Mattress felt like a hide a bed mattress. No hot water in the shower. We had to shower in another room.

My sister came into town with our families. My sister rented a big house for the gathering after my mom passed away. I reserved this room for a place to only sleep because of the ice storm. When we weren’t sleeping we were at the gathering house. We checked in. Unloaded the car and left to see my sister. We came back right before 10 pm. We when to the bathroom and there were tons of ants in the sink.

They remembered me from my last visit
The people there are very friendly, they even put me in the same room that I had the time before. They knew which delivery company that is available and which ones are the fastest in this town which was nice. If I have to come back to this town I will stay here again.

The price was great but they only had 1 coffee pod for a 3 night stay. Place was clean n comfortable and provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion.

You get what you pay for. $88 to walk to 3rd street and celebrate NYE and not worry about driving was great. Room was ok. Moldy grout in shower. Beds not very comfortable. Door and window face parking lot so you hear vehicles and doors throughout your stay.

Room amenities included a fridge and microwave and coffee maker.. Towels were thin. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Mattress was very firm. Pillows were not comfortable for us- stiff and flat; the price for the location was reasonable and good for an overnight stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful when asked about dining options and recommendations.
