For the most part the beds were nice, plenty of lighting and a dirty washrag that was left in the bathroom on top of the shower curtain. Desk was told about it and did nothing about it. It was still there when we returned and the night clerk had came up to get it. The night clerk was very nice and helpful. The morning clerk not so much.

Front desk were all awesome & accommodating! The breakfast staff was helpful & caring. Kids were so happy to have a pool & HOT tub!

This is an older property and is right next to the hospital. There is one Diner nextdoor and it is only open from noon to five pm. The one front desk gal, Trina, wasn't friendly at all the other two were awesome. The smoke alarm went off after taking a shower and then proceeded to beeb. The front desk didn't have any batteries nor was there a maintance worker available so we took it down ourselves. Anyway, we won't likely stay here again in the future.

Great night's stay!
This was a sister visit, and the Comfort Inn was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was nice. The beds, while not having the crisp sharpness many hotels seem to strive for, were incredibly comfortable. We will definitely return. Staff were wonderful giving us great suggestions for breakfast close by. We were very happy to have chosen this hotel for our getaway.

The rooms smelled awful and are not updated. The woman at the front desk was apathetic and difficult to understand - she was unhelpful and couldn't be bothered when asked a question. The location doesn't have anything around. I thought it would be in a better location.

This is a very decent place for a night's stay in the Oregon Wine Country. The room was big and had conveniences like a refrigerator, coffee maker, and lounge chair. Breakfast is a bit sub par, but the waffle machine worked well.

Check-in with Jason was flawless. However, the grounds were still in the coffee maker, there was a glob of hair in the shower, and the shower curtain desperately needed to be replaced; mold was apparent all over the bottom of it.

Wine Country Visit
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was assigned to the wrong room and it was quickly corrected. Our King suite was spacious for the 4 day stay. Fitness room and pool were adequate. Some things (carpet, pool surface) are showing their age but all was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was outstanding. I arrived mid am and had an evening event so was hoping to check in early. No problem, they had a room ready. Desk clerk fairly new, very friendly, accommodating. Saw manager training new housekeeping staff. He was thorough with instructions and expectations and treated his staff kindly. Free breakfast was decent. Daily afternoon fresh baked chocolate chip cookies were amazing!! Food options-a breakfast and lunch option next door called The Diner, not affiliated w the hotel. Outstanding fresh healthy food options. Highly recommend.

The 2 night stay was OK. Room was clean but no clean up in between, Staff was nice. The decor was tired. Picture in elevator was beat up, shabby looking. For the price, it could use an update.

When we arrived to our room the toilet had been used and not flushed and the housekeeping staff had totally missed it. Also the cleanliness of the room and poorly made bed did not refllect well on housekeeping. Plus the dumpster outside our room window was emptied at 4:00 am.
