The staff is very friendly. The biggest complaint I have is the insufficient water pressure. One other thing of discrepency I found was a pile of dirt behind the couch.

This property is located in the heart of Garapans tourist district. Well worth the price, its island rustic qualities display the character of its history and its perseverance throughout Saipans contemporary events. One may find solace in a higher end accomodations, but in order to immerse oneself in the experience, one must be available to receive the Saipan experience. Why not?

Satisfied customer
Staff are friendly and responsive if you need anything. Location is close to everything in Garapan. Spa is a real spa and you get a real message, not a front for something else.

The hotel is in a central location that has a lot of shops and the beach in walking distance. The staff is very service oriented and make the guests feel appreciated.

Disappointing
Stayed for 3 nights,booked on line.There,s no where to park & if you do fined one hope no one parks you in. From the front the place is cute .The staff was very friendly & helpful. First they put us on the 3rd floor, no elevator. Husband has leg problem & the next day they moved us to the 1st. floor. Both rooms where bad.1 channel on t.v that was in English that worked.So staff is very nice ,place is not.

The Hamamatsu in Saipan
The staff is great, very friendly and accommodating. My only issue is they need stronger internet (WiFi) in the rooms.

don't be fooled
Pictures on website is not what hotel looks like. Very deceiving. No TV in the rooms. Please don't stay here, there are many other hotels in Saipan that are around the same price.

Probably best deal in downtown Garapan
Its probably the best deal if you consider location and price. Its worth the extra ten or twenty bucks to stay here. limited parking in the back, but rooms are spacious and clean. Hot water always worked. Can't beat the location for dining and going out.

Disappointed
I was disappointed in the condition of the room and the stiffness of the bed. Also I asked to extend my check out time from 1200 to 1800 because of my class schedule. I called and talked to the receptionist and she told me it was an extra $20 so I agreed. When I proceeded down to check out I pulled out a twenty dollar bill but it was wrapped around a couple of hundred dollar bills and the lady told me it was now $50 after she saw the rest of my cash. I didn’t appreciate that at all!!

Close to beach/shops, but dingy
Moldy shower curtain, and stinky toilet, gave a feeling of dinginess to this otherwise decent room. Right in the heart of Garapan, on the promenade, so good location.

Room was ok but the shower was terrible and shower curtain was disgustingly filthy. No elevator so you may have to carry your heavy luggage up to the 3rd floor. It says ' free parking' but their 2 vans take up the 3-car parking lot. You need to find a parking on the narrow street. Very difficult to find and the photo of the hotel is nothing like it is!

We have stayed here in 2 days. The staffs are very nice & helpful. The location is very good. Room size is okay. But the room furnitures are very old. The cups very dirty. Both room very dirty and smelly.The both tub is dirty & the walls grew out of the moss， also the shower running is not good. The hotel has provided 2 towels & 2 toothbrush with pastes only. Windows are dirty. The sofa also is dirty. I have talked to hotel manager, she is asked me to write down. I hope there are have a lot changes soon. The hotel don't have lift which means you have to go up stair by steps with the luggages. Also wifi is not strong enough in the room. Only the lobby you can used wifi well. 我在这家酒店住了2天，酒店的地点很好，房间也不小。服务员很帮忙，提行李，找旅游地点，送你去机场(只付20块美金)。不过，酒店的最大问题是卫生不好，喝水的杯子很脏，第一天住房的杯子里面长了绿苔，卫生间的漱口杯更是肮脏。酒店的卫生间很脏，墙壁上长了苔，浴盆肮脏，味道很大。热水很小，喷头不好用。房间的玻璃、沙发都很脏。浴室里只提供了两条浴巾和两把牙刷和小袋牙膏。我已经跟酒店的经理交换了意见，她很虚心请我写下来。希望酒店可以改进卫生状况。

It was really great other than hotel. They were kind, but didn't speak English. so.. maybe they could have said something behind my back haha ...And water from the bathroom was too weak to wash

This hotel was great, for a couple reasons, location the location was great you were in walking distance of everything, the hotel itself is a bit older needs a few repairs but for the most part its great place to stay friendly staff..

The location for the hotel was hard to find....i circled around the hotel for an hour without knowing that its the hanamitsu hotel...after i finally found the hotel, i spent another 15 to 20 minutes looking for the parking lot. After i finally got into the hotel i was shocked because the picture they showed online for the hotel and the rooms was beautiful and clean...but when i went there in person, i saw that it was not how it was shown online...the lobby was dusty, the rooms were dusty too and the tv was not even working and bathroom wasnt clean too. I was so tired i decided its ok for me and my family to stay. I went to front desk to ask for extra pillow for my kid but they wouldnt give any pillow..thats when i decided were only going to sleep because we were tired but were going to check out the very next day...

Disgusting and terrible---stay away
The only reason I booked this hotel is location and I was thinking it easy to walk to everywhere. However it is super disgusting in the room they didn't even clean enough. The furniture is old and smelled bad. when open the wardrobe to hung my towel there is other's panty inside!!! Can't believe it!!! The shower is bad and not warm call the front desk they just say because of a lot of people using just wait!!! Will never ever recommend to any of my friends.

Not what I expected...
Me and my friend arrived at midnight, the front desk was friendly and told us here is really safe because they got the recorder CCTV, when we woke up in the morning, we found that our wallet was lost, then we ask the front desk for the cctv to check out if we bring our wallet out or not, then the front desk was not that friendly and told us that their CCTV was out of order so they can not show us the record. WHAT?!?! SERIOUSLY?!?!

The location is very good, but they seemed to be very unprofessional. They always asked if we wanted to do the spa or massage there whenever we went out / came back through the main entrance, which became annoying gradually. So we chose to go through the back entrance as much as we could in the end. On the contrast, we asked to get the tissue which was running out in our room, but they didn't provide as promised for the 4 days we stayed there. Btw, they forgot our reservation to pick us up in the airport and we had to take a taxi after one hour waiting.

Terrible Hotel
It was a horrific experience staying at Hanamitsu Hotel & Spa. I requested a hotel pick-up from the airport to the hotel. I requested this when booking online and I reconfirmed the pick-up the day before my trip over the phone. Yet, nobody came to pick me up from the airport. Even after making two phone calls to the hotel from the airport police booth and receiving assurance that somebody from the hotel will come to pick me up from the airport, nobody came. After, waiting outside in 40 degree C hot weather, I had to find my own cab to get to the hotel. The hotel manager was rude to me. She was a shrill confrontational woman, who was unapologetic for the whole fiasco with the pick-up from the airport. When I asked for a 'proof of stay', which only hotel staff can provide, the manager refused repeatedly. Even after trying to convince her on several different occasions, she refused. I finally, found a fellow traveler staying at the same hotel to convince the manager to give me the document. Since this is a document that Hotel.com cannot provide and only Hanamitsu Hotel & Spa staff can provide, I don't understand why the manager refused to provide this document. The condition of the bathroom was unsatisfactory. There was no hand soap. The washbasin had only hot water and no cold water. The quality of soap provided in the shower was of extremely poor quality. There was no shower curtain. The glass cups on the washbasin shelf were dirty with dried water spots.

Good value and right in the middle of everything!
The hotel is right in the middle of Garapan, but that means it's a little hard to find on car. The picture on the website is the front of the hotel from a walkway, not a road. There's no elevator at the hotel! But the staff was more than willing to carry up my 35lb. luggage to the third floor. That being said, you're taking the stairs at the back of the building to get in and out. It's within walking distance of most of Saipan's nightlife including the GIG disotechque, Godfather's Bar, the Fiesta and the Hyatt. There are quite a few good restaurants close by, which is good because the hotel does not offer room service. The spa offers a discount to guests of the hotel, which is convenient right down stairs!

침구교체시급
촉박하게정하다가 도착날새벽도착이라 잠만잘생각으로결정한건데 아무리잠만자도 돈아까워요 차라리 더주고좋은데자는게나을듯해요 대충보면깨끗한거같지만 침구에서나는냄새와 밝을때보면 침구가전부 누리끼리해서 그걸봤다면 못잤을텐데 자고나서봐서다행이라 해야할지 위치는 완전시내 정중앙에 맞은편에클럽있어서 늦게까지시끄러워요 게다가 엘베없이3층까지 짐가지고가야됩니다 다시는안갈호텔 직원은친절함

가라판 숙박시설중 가성비 최고!
예상보다 쾌적한 룸 컨디션입니다. 까다로운 커플여행은 조금 무리이며, 친구나 가족여행으로는 무리 없는 수준이라 보여지네요. 무엇보다 가라판 시내에 있다는 지리적 이점은 최고라고 생각합니다.

全体的に日本人の大人が泊まれる宿ではないです。ホテルとしてのサービスは期待できません。 ハブラシとタオルはありました。 部屋の掃除は一切入りません。部屋には色々な虫が沢山いて飛んでいたり、壁際に屑のような物が毎日大きくなっていく所が何箇所もありました。毎晩夜にはケケケケとヤモリが部屋の中で鳴きます。 床はジャリジャリしてるので裸足では歩けないです。携帯用のスリッパをお勧めします。 空港までの送迎はしてくれますが20ドルの有料です。 窓の外がすぐ建物なので一回もカーテンは開けられませんでした。 冷蔵庫の電源を入れてもらったら水浸しになったり、コップは全て不潔感があって使えなかったです。 テレビは置いてあっても観れなくてフロントの人を呼んでみてもらっても、直らず、アイドンノーと言われて去られてしまいました。 出掛ける時に鍵を預け、戻った時に部屋番号を言ってもすぐに鍵をくれず、部屋に電話したり、その部屋は無いなど意味不明で中々伝わらなかったので預けるのはやめました。 フロントがある1階にはホテルではあり得ない、いつも気怠そうにして座っているスタッフらしき人達がいました。 場所やシャワーのお湯や出はよかったです。 シャワーの湯と出は良い 部屋は広い タオル類はあるけど他は全く何も無いです。
