Very nice for the traveler inexperienced with France as it is in the middle of the technology park and clearly used to dealing with guests who speak little or no French. The front desk person was incredibly helpful with solving a problem I had. Restaurant was first rate. Rooms are definitely on the small side, though. Tram runs right by the hotel.

I booked this hotel specifically for the Free Airport Shuttle. I specifically asked for a confirmation. I was never contacted and when we arrived we were told that there are no shuttles for a flight leaving at 7 a.m. So we have had to spend $70 on a taxi to get to the Airport. There were nice less pricey hotels much closer to the airport so if I had known that the Free Airport Shuttle was an advertising ploy, I would have booked elsewhere. Otherwise the hotel is new and clean. Restaurant is rather expensive.
It was difficult to find the hotel at night since GPS navigator stopped me at 1,5 km off the hotel. But the staff was helpful and I get all the instructions by phone. The windows looked out to the side opposite the road and it was very noisy (obviously from the rail road). Old but clean and cosy furniture. Free WiFi, fast at night. Rooms are too little (may be common problem for all other hotels in France).
