This is a brilliant hotel with the very best facilities and beautiful grounds in a wonderful setting. The staff could not have been nicer and the free shuttle to St Paul was lovely. the only downside was that the breakfast was very expensive and not that well organised. Also the staff at a local and famous restaurant, were claiming that service was not included (when it was) and pocketing large amounts of money from customers.
Which was annoying.

This amazingly beautiful boutique hotel is situated within walking distance to St Paul De Vence.
Its attention to detail in its decor is outstanding and the staff are very welcoming.
We stayed here for one week in September and explored the surrounding area.
I would definitely recommend this Hotel as one of my top places to stay in this region of France.

Hotel is a good choice for a couple of nights, room very clean, but book a room with a veranda or balcony. Not much close by so you need a car. About a 10 minute drive to St Paul de Vence and too far to walk. There is a good supermarket on the rout to St Paul to stock up with drinks etc. Unfortunately no fridge in the room. Decent pool. No bar although there is a stock of beer and wine in reception

Writers and artists still flock to St-Paul-de-Vence, a dazzling example of a 'village perché', restored with great care and taste. Many patronise the famous inn known as the Colombe d'Or (now an exclusive hotel). Handsome stone buildings crown a high ridge within its 16th-century ramparts, giving wonderful views over russet rooftops and cypresses. The Maeght Foundation just outside the village houses an impressive collection of 20th-century art.
