Hotel was great; Expedia service horrible

Expedia listed hotel to be 8 miles from Soaring Eagle Casino but it is actually 28 miles. Said less than 10 minutes drive and we had to drive 40 minutes. Also got 2 queens vs a king as reserved.

Soccer tournament

Pros: Location, updated and modern
Location: Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Close to soccer fields.
This was a great hotel! We were able to check in early, staff was friendly, room was very clean and comfortable and the pool area was fabulous. This hotel was less than 2 miles from our soccer tournament so it was very convenient. This hotel is located in the middle of multiple shops and restaurants so we did not have to travel far. I would highly recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Great Hotel

I was in town visiting family and I stayed there one night because it had a better price than the resort we had been staying at, but I wish I would have spent the entire week there. It was quite, close to everything and staff was extremely polite.

Room was too hot even with air as low as it could go. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Staff placed us on the opposite end of hotel from the pool. Handicapped companion had to leave hotel and DRIVE to other end to swim. Front desk reception was unkind and aloof to our needs. I paid extra when booking to get breakfast and upon arrival no one knew anything about this "extra item" on my bill. Told breakfast was $8.99 per person. We opted out and ate elsewhere. Will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

If you would have called the front desk they would have gladly sent up a team member to examine your air conditioner to ensure it was properly working and you were comfortable. I would like to ensure you our hotel is update on all handicap accessibility and we do have two elevators that would take you to the first floor where the pool entry is. Our staff would have gladly helped escort someone down the hallway if they needed help.
