Comfortable stay
The staff were beyond helpful and kind and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Free unlimited, coffee, tea, and hot cocoa, 24/7. Delicious wide variety breakfast included in stay. Big warm, clean pool and hot Jacuzzi. Bed was clean and comfy. Nice big screen TV overall had a great stay would come back again and would recommend great prices for the area.

I had to leave the hotel at midnight with my wife and 2 minor children because the room above us was making so much noise. The guest on the room above us kept walking and or running and the noise was unbearable. I complained to front desk and she said she went outside the door and could not hear anything. However, the other person at the front desk said it could be coming from gym. Horrible customer service!

Walls seem thin and therefore noise level was high. You hear people running down the hall. I could hear the person taking a shower in the next room. The breakfast area seemed crowded. The beds were super comfortable and clean! The room was a tad outdated but very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide array of breakfast items as well as grab and go items, coffee available 24hours in Lobby.the staff was friendly and ease of check-in and check-out was fabulous.

Great location
This was an awesome place to stay. There are so many things close to the hotel. We did a sister's trip to Frankenmouth and spent some time shopping at the outlet mall. Will stay here again on our next trip. The beds were so comfortable.
