For early check-in, we need to pay 1,000 JPY for one hour. The earliest was 3 hours before with additional 3,000 JPY. The washer and dryer were small, and expensive. Washer 400 JPY, and dryer 100JPY for 10mins, and I needed to spent 2,700 JPY to wash 2 days clothes for 2 people.

Thank you for posting. Check-in at the hotel is from 3pm. If you want to check in earlier than that, you will be charged JPY 1000 per hour. The dryer is described in the notes, but it takes time to dry a lot at once. Please approve in advance. Thanks.

Okay, not amazing
Compared to other APA hotels, this hotel room was smaller and downgraded in every aspects. First, the room was smelly like tobacco even non-smoking room was chosen. A front desk person kindly changed to better room, which was at least good. I had to park offsite parking and discount was not so good either.

Good and convenient place
Hotel was clean and service was great. Room is smaller for family however okay for small trip. Station is couple of mins away for travel to both Tokyo city and Yokohoma line.

Good location, small room, excellent service.
I stayed one night on a business trip ion Sagmihara. This hotel is conveniently located for Hashimoto station. Check-in was friendly and efficient. The room was small and in reasonable condition. The bed was comfortable and clean but the wallpaper and curtains were damaged. WiFi is free, and good speed. This hotel doesn't have any breakfast facilities. For a similar price consider the Toyoko Inn nearby which has similar rooms with breakfast included.

Almost perfect.
As a whole it was a great hotel in a good location, walking distance to the train station. Near food, supermarket and malls. I liked that i was put on the 2nd floor, my only complaint was that my room was beside the ledge of the hotel which had the aircon compressor and a larger electrical box. I don't know which is making the noise every 10mins but is was really annoying in the middle of the nite.

Super close to Hashimoto Station. Check in was a breeze. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Property is a bit older, but as just a place to clean up and sleep for the night, it is perfect.

My stay at APA as expected for Japan, no food service but there are plenty of restaurant within walking distance of of the Hotel, covienient and priced just right. APA is a business hotel ..small but cozy

Nice View, Little Bit of Ride to Tokyo.
Great place to stay. I booked late and only got a smoking room, but it wasn't terrible. Good place to kick back for a few minutes before the next adventure starts. The staff was very helpful despite my lack of Japanese. I locked my key in my room and through a bit of pantomime, we got the message through. Inexpensive but great. A bit far from Tokyo if you're looking to explore in that area.

Great location if you want to go local and away from tourist area. Only downfall is it took 3 hours by train from & to Narita airport please allow enough time when departing so you won’t miss your flight and prewarn staff that you’ll be arriving late if travelling from Gold Coast flight (if you know anyone to translate as NIL speak English) All staff were friendly and amazing would highly recommend.

Great for a night.
We only stayed one night but had a great experience. Standard rooms that we reserved were all full so we were upgraded to suites at no extra charge. Aeon mall just down the street.

Dirty and too hot.
I asked for a non smoking room and got a smoking room. It stank of smoke. The walls were filthy. The curtains were ripped/shredded. There was no temperature control so it was too hot and I coudn't sleep.

Nice Hotel Close to Train Station.
Nice hotel close to Train Station. If you don't mind distance and love to travel 1 hour from Sinjuko in train it is a good option. Restaurant close by, shopping center is close by.

Nice inexpensive hotel near Hashimoto station
We booked a hotel stay at this hotel for an unexpected family event, so we were mostly concerned with location (close to Hachioji) and affordability. Based on those criteria, this hotel was great. The staff was incredible too. We needed to borrow an iron for a shirt, and despite the fact that another customer had already borrowed it, after we explained our situation, the hotel employee was able to borrow it back for us for 30 min, which was plenty of time for us.

Smelly
We got a smoking room and even getting up to our floor, the whole floor was so strong of smoke. It was disgusting. The walls were filthy and hadn't been cleaned at all and stained with smoke. You couldn't even open a window to air out the room a little. I had to go and buy a can of air freshener so I could stay there.

I would return
No ac in the room. Slept with the Windows open. Uncomfortable with that. No one speaks English,Tagalog, Italian or Spanish..... very nice people. We have decided that we need to learn Japanese better :-) Overall good facility, professional staff, clean room and we would stay there again. Great value for the price

Small no frills room but very convenient location.
This hotel is conveniently located 2 blocks from the Hashimoto JR Station. That is the best thing about this hotel. There is a 24 hour convenience store on street level, which is also very convenient. You can stay here at a very reasonable rate and the staff is very helpful and friendly, although don't expect them to speak English because they don't (which is not a negative reflection on them in anyway, but a warning to English speaking travelers who may rely heavily on hotel staff). The room is very small and not good for claustrophobes. The bathroom is tiny as well and I kept hitting my head on the room of the shower, part of which was lower than the rest of the already low roof. The hotel provides toiletries and robes. There is a laundry room but no pool or onsen. The rooms are reasonably priced and I would stay here again anytime I need to be in the area.

Little bar far from Tokyo, but good price!!
The location is a bit far from Tokyo downtown (38min train to Shinjuku), but the price is a half cheaper than other APA hotels in Tokyo town center! As usual like other APA hotels, clean and nice room. Highly recommended if you don't mind spend a little bit more time on travel!

Nice hotel, close to the train.
This hotel had good amenities. The staff was able to handle any requests I had and helped me with delivery of my luggage in a reasonable time frame. As this location was close to a train station, it made moving around easier.

Tiny place with very little to do in the area. This is not a place I would stay again. shower needs to be redone.

Honeymooning in Japan
Great location to the JR line. About 1 hour to 1.5 hrs for most central Japan places eg. Shibuya. Tokyo. Shinjuku. Harajuku. Well worth the travel when you can jump on the super express. Station is very active. Lots going on Staff friendly but barely noticeable. Room good size (4 big bags) with a lot of space. Bathroom good size. Walls peeling in some areas near bed. Wifi great. Fridge. Daily cleaning. Bed amazing!!!
