I think this is my favorite check in and hotel stay by far. The manager and the young lady at the front desk when checking in were awesome, even though they were busy (phones continuously ringing). The manager was so hands on, it was pretty refreshing to see..

Not a good experience to stay
When we arrived, our room was leaking, one of bed was wet. They refused to give us a new room at first, then changed us a new room while we instated. Some opened our door at mid-nigh because they forgot to put our new room in system and front desk gave our new room key to new customers. We also need to get our room keys refreshed.

I would say the place itself I would not recommend. The staff was pretty friendly and tried to help me get some sort of compensation but they couldn’t since I booked through Expedia. However, the room had no working A/C or heater. I tried calling the lobby twice, but no answer so I assumed they were closed. So we were stuck freezing all night long in under 50 degree weather. Secondly, there was this very very loud car in the parking lot of the hotel making so much noise with their sports car from 10-11pm. It was so loud me, my husband, and my daughter couldn’t sleep while having to wake up super early in the morning. So while I’m glad the service and breakfast was good, I would not stay at this place again. And it was pretty disappointing I didn’t get a refund, from either Expedia or from the hotel.
