“Good, could be better”

It was an economical option to stay in this hotel on our victoria trip. It is on the highway 17 and a 30 min drive away from Victoria downtown. The room has good set of amenities like the work table with a chair, television, air conditioner etc. However, the power outlets were limited, and hidden. We had to unplug freezer or a lamp to use power outlet. Overall, it is an inexpensive option compared to the downtown hotels with "good" comfort level.

It was ok, I would go back for the price.

“Not impressed”

I won't stay again. The staff were good, location was good. That's about it.

“Good for Airport Access”

Tired hotel but clean and good staff. The pillow smelt a little suspect but other than that - good overnight stay for the airport.

fairly comfortable n close to the airport but the bathroom was dirty and the in room coffee cups had lipstick on them.. like thats grose!!

“clean butworn”

The room was non-smoking and we were allowed to bring our small dog. It was very clean with no smell of cigarette smoke as is often found in rooms that accomodate pets. It is close to the airport and Sydney ferry terminal and is just 1/2 a block off the highway. There was no sound of the highway traffic to be heard in our room. There is a White Spot across the highway which served a good breakfast. The motel is an old one and was in quite a 'run-down' area .For the age of the building and it's poor surroundings I thought it was too expensive.

Every thing was good except the breakfast was a little lacking and not enough seats to sit at to eat it. The staff were all very good.

“August Victoria”

The hotel was unaware that I needed handicapped services. They were not notified by Expedia that I had special needs. The clerk was accomadating as much as she could but she was quite annoyed with Expedia for putting her in that position. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The cleaning staff was below standard. During my 5 night stay, the coffee was not cleaned or refilled 3 times and the bed making was little to be desired. One day, she just pulled the covers over the pillows and left it that way. The bedding was not straightened or even done properly. When I notified the front desk, they were very apologetic and said they would talk to her. I liked the staff but not the cleaning staff. The breakfast was light. Coffee, juice, muffins, cold cereal and that was it and repeated every day. Including a hot cereal and varrying the menu would be nice. We all became quite bored with the routine of the same food day after day.

“Not impressed”

Very mediocre hotel for the price! Rooms were comfortable and clean but everything was old/dated and in need of a makeover. Disappointed with the overall experience for the high price. Very good location for all activities in Victoria, however.
