“Accommodation for kitesurfing trip”

We decided to stay at Pontins due to it's location to the kitesurfing school on Camber Sands. However, we didn't realise there were two holiday parks and may have chosen to stay at the caravan park had we have known as it was closer to the school. Anyway, Pontins was OK for what we needed and might consider going back for cheap accommodation.

Having read all of the recent negative reports and feedback regarding this resort I was dreading turning up but if I'm honest my children and I had a wonderful time. I was surprised to find that most of the activities were free of charge and only required a refundable deposit for equipment etc. All of the staff I encountered were all very friendly and helpful. The complex and accomodation is dated and in need of updating but this appears to be in progress from what I saw. For the price I paid I was pleasantly surprised and my children loved their time there.

“waste of time and money RUBBISH”

hated every minute like entering a 80's time warp used to go then and things have not changed poorly decorated, dirty room, hospital bedding, uncomfortable beds, sub standard site, pool overcrowd, not enough stuff for kids to do so they spend their days running along the balconies screaming and banging door there are way too many things on my list to complain about and will never be putting myself and my children through the experience again and i have told friends and family to avoid pontins camber sands like the plague unless they have money to waste.........
