5/5 Excellent
"I stayed at the Leonardo hotel on the 5th April and after getting a friendly service by the staff and Emma at reception I came back to stay for a full weekend with my family. We booked 2 twin superior rooms and managed to get both rooms side by side. Once again I was met by Emma at reception and she recognised both myself and my daughter who had stayed there just days before. Emma is a real asset to the hotel for the way she will look after you from the moment you check in. All the staff were friendly. It was my daughter’s birthday the day after we were leaving and once I had told Sofia at checkout, she arranged for a goodie bag with sweets and a small Leonardo hotel teddy to go away with. Thank you for your hospitality."

"Ideal due to an early morning flight from BHX. Short drive to airport, clean comfortable room in quiet surroundings would definitely stay again if flying from BHX"

"The hotel was so beautiful and close walking distance to the city center and the new street station. It was quiet and well secured. The staff were also very attentive and changed my room when I complained about the initial room that was given to me. I would definitely visit here in the future "

"I booked Mallory Court as surprise for my wife as a mini moon from 7th April to 9th April. From the very start, the staff were amazing in making those 2 nights special for us. Dawn was extremely supportive in helping me book the afternoon tea and spa. The staff when we arrived were nothing but tentative, even offered us an upgrade along with cookies and card to congratulate us. On the Monday, we had the spa for 2 hours and followed by our treatment, one particular staff member (she had short blonde hair) did put a damper on our experience as we felt she was rude, very cold towards us and even snatched the bands out my hands and said “cheers”. Not something I’d expect considering the experience we’d been getting from the other staff members.
Other than that, from the welcome, restaurant staff, to hotel staff, I want to say a huge thank you from the wife and I for making our mini moon a memorable one. "
