The staff was excellent. The hotel is NOT located near any major tourist attractions, but the #14 city bus stop was extremely close to the hotel and very convenient. The free breakfast was wonderful and the room was clean. The elevators are a little confusing but overall I highly recommend staying here. The value for the money was good.
First you have to check in at the main hotel a couple of km away, then head over to the apartments. They do not offer a free shuttle, which is really very inconvenient. We had to spend a lot of money on taxis going to and from the hotel; and the bus system was off because of a cycling race that weekend.
The apartment itself was brand new "Ikea" modern. Looked nice, was clean.
We did feel like stepchildren of the hotel though... The staff was nice, but not particularly helpful. We asked for a taxi service, and they just gave us a number.
It is far enough from the center to be less expensive and near enough to walk down the river side to the center, if you are like a walk. The bus is a cheap option if you're tired though. Taxis may suit others. It is a bit faded and wifi is only available in the lobby. The staff were very helpful and always cheerful.
